Whitney was very helpful with my first time tanning at this location. Clean rooms and excellent beds (felt like new bulbs!) Will return when in the area.

All the ladies here rock and this place is pretty much like a ten minute vacation every time I come. All their bulbs are updated regularly and they keep their facility very clean.

The rooftop is so fun and has a great view of the ocean! Food and drinks are great as well

This location is the BEST! I have to give a shout out to Bailey she is my go to girl! She goes above and beyond every time I see her! The entire staff is great but BAILEY is a ROCK STAR!!!!!!

If you’re in need of a new tanning lotion but don’t know what to get, ask for Carly! This girl works her butt off & is at this location 6 days a week. She helped me update my account since my credit card was closed due to fraud activity. She also helped me select a new tanning lotion, Awe Struck. She is very knowledgeable about the lotions at PBT and super friendly! Carly is awesome! Thanks for your help!! :)

What a wonderful experience for my first spray tan! The staff was very friendly and took their time explaining the details and answering all my questions. While I was waiting, they provided the same experience to another first-timer which shows me they are consistently professional. I will definitely be returning back to this location, the pricing is great and they are informative, and not pushy, about add-ons!

LOVE THIS LOCATION PBT is a nice company but the different locations have terrible customer service and just try to sell things to you. This location has bright smiling faces and they know where the point of sale can be found and do it well. They also just must do there job efficiently because I go on my lunch breaks and I never wait. I only needed to tan for a little bit but will return when i need to again. THANKS HILLARD LOCATION!
