Good prices. For the most part, great staff. The only issue I have is one girl seems to always be in the office on her phone when i arrive, but the beds still need to be cleaned before i can use them. The rest of the staff I've had no issues.

Overall I am satisfied with the services provided. Staff is personable and professional. However there was an incident where I fell thru the plexiglass on the bed. Am sure it was just old glass and I don't consider the incident the fault of the salon. The plexi shattered. I was cut and scratched in places. Thankfully none of the large peices punctured anything. I am disappointed that management never reached out to ask about my well being. I never pursued the issue, but I decided to cancel my membership due to a lack of any concern. In case anyone is wondering weight was not the issue. On January 9 Palm Beach managment reached out. They apologized, showed concern, and resolved all of my issues. Palm Beach Tanning is truly a customer focused company that deserves continued patronage. Five stars all the way around! The staff at the store is also personable and make each visit a pleasurable one! Thank you!

I love the women that work there. They're busy but they have always answered any questions that I have had and they have always made sure my experience at Palm Beach Tan was fantastic. Take the negative reviews with a grain of salt because these women are very busy!

I have had issues with my billing for months. I spoke to the manager at the time her name was Maddie and she “canceled” my account. After basically insisting that I freeze my membership instead of canceling. She finally told me it was taken care of on the way out because she said she would have to cancel me after I tanned. I have since still been being charged monthly on an account I thought was long canceled and didn’t notice until I had to get a new card and realized the charges. You can imagine I wasn’t thrilled and was very upset. I got in contact with their new manager and came up to the store. If you see this AJ I want to thank you for having the patience for dealing with me and completely turning the situation around. Thank you for taking care of me and making things right even when I was upset and it was nothing that you did wrong you were very kind, patient and respectful. Instead of canceling my membership I left with my account taken care of and my membership back being active. The staff was very respectful and the store smelled wonderful and was very clean!!!

Love the beds,and they always have a deals $ on tanning, very sweet and nice people clean beds if you want a great tan and a smile go here they are great 😁

The girls at the front desk were very kind and helpful. I love the large beds and the pricing is very fair. I recommend the monthly plan. If you tan once a week, the monthly plan comes out cheaper. The beds are clean as is the whole establishment. I would recommend to anyone.

The people you have running it you need to hire more people when y'all have the older people in here it run great I pay $70 a month to come here and the girls are hardly ever here to open I've been sitting out here for an hour still no one here to open the store you are losing people left and right plus they do not replace the bulbs when they go bad..
