Palm Beach Tan - Tanning salon in Fayetteville - 247 Westwood Shopping Center, USA

I had an excellent experience at Palm Beach Tan! Kat was the young lady to take care or me, she is friendly, inviting, and beyond helpful which made things an absolute breeze, the facility was spotless , and the tanning beds were top-notch. I achieved a beautiful tan, and the atmosphere was relaxing. Definitely a five-star establishment!

Love the location and the staff is very nice. That being said, I tan on my lunch breaks and sometimes they are at different times. I came in today and upgraded my package, purchased new lotion and then was told I’m sorry you can’t tan for another 40 min because of what time you tanned yesterday. I understand that it’s not the staff’s fault but this policy is kind of insane! Tanning is a luxury and generally done as people have time. So if you tan in the afternoon one day, but only have time in the morning the next day you will be turned away. It should reset with business hours NOT at a 24 hour period. I’m not trying to tan twice a day.

The equipment is not being maintained as well as it should be. Beds are out of order often, and bulbs go months without being replaced. Wait times for beds are pretty long at certain times. There is only one bed in the platinum package, and the fans on it aren't very good. Wish they had more platinum beds. Staff is usually very friendly and welcoming. They do need better deals on lotions. You can get them much cheaper online.

Love love LOVE tanning here. Beds are clean there is never any wait time. Everyone that works here treats you wonderfully, they never have any issues answering all my questions and are extremely knowledgeable. Megan will be sure to make your day, she always does mine☺️

This location was rebranded from UltraTan and is amazing. The staff and management of Palm Beach Tan at Westwood are really helpful. The salon is clean and the beds are in solid condition.

I've never had any issues, no matter the time of day or the employee. It's always clean or the staff is busy cleaning. It has always seemed like they try to all keep eachother on the same page and make sure every staff member has the necessary information to make the day run smooth... which as a customer is so nice. I never have a long wait for my questions to be answered, check-ins, etc. The staff has been super friendly and professional. I opted for the $40 a month membership. At the beginning of the season they offered the stronger beds at half price on the weekends which was super nice because it helped me achieve color quickly even though I was only paying for the "regular " beds (I'm not really sure how to word it). All in all I will always recommend the Westwood location.

Wonderful staff! Great tanning beds and they offer a wide variety of tanning products. The rooms could use a tad bit more detailed cleaning but I'm sure the main problem is cause other customers are just really messy. Overall great experience and would highly recommend!
