Hailey was great! I previously went to another location in Charlotte and the experience was an absolute nightmare. Hailey was extremely helpful, kind, and answered all of my questions. This experience at the Mooresville location was an absolute breeze and I appreciate it!

We use the spray tanning. I like the facility, I think the tans are awesome. A dark spray tan will last me over a week. It’s not cheap, you’re going to pay $50 to $60 for one spray tan. I receive emails from time to time with promotions for the sunless tanning, and getting the Mooresville location to honor those promotions is not fun and it’s ridiculous. For example, I just received a promotion yesterday for buy one get one for $10, and this location will not honor that promotion this morning. I think it’s likely a management issue.

Awesome environment! The young ladies there are very friendly and helpful. Always smiling and never pushy to sell. Always informs me of current discounts and overall great customer service! Nice and clean, state of the art and always up to date equipment, giving me the value of my membership in just a few visits. My skin is soft and also very even and beautiful!

Came back to Palm Beach Tan to see if I wanted to restart my membership. Irene was absolutely INCREDIBLE. I’m talking world class customer experience. She single handledly made me (without any pressure) 100% certain I want to unfreeze my membership. From start to finish her education, kindness and warmth and professionalism blew me away. Give this woman a raise!

-level 1 bed sucked had cracks and felt like I was gonna die. -level 2 bed was good but the one I got wasn't working so had to go to another one. -level 3 bed was amazing felt like a spaceship and could really see difference in bronzing. Might try the spray tan Coryn and Kaitlyn have been the best ones to help. They are very nice, honest, and knowledgable. They work for the customer and not for the lotion commissions like others. Overall some employees are great meanwhile other aren't. Recommend level 2 or higher. So far they try to continue to sell lotion to me.

Great tanning salon right in the heart of 28117. Easy access from Brawley School Rd, Morrison Plantation Pkwy, and Williamson Rd. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, too. Make sure to ask about the monthly specials and promos to find out how to get the best experience possible from your membership.

Staff is the best! I get an airbrush tan every other week and they do such an amazing job, and it’s much more affordable than other places.

I went into the Palm Beach Tan in Mooresville to get an unlimited sunless package and some products to help maintain it. The girl behind the counter ( honestly didn’t get her name) blonde hair was super rude the whole time. I explained I couldn’t use the tanning beds because of a medical condition, however that didn’t stop her from telling me repeatedly how much better they were and how she could only guarantee a streak free tan with lotions… I didn’t ask for streak free I just knew they made products that would HELP as it faded. She made me soo uncomfortable when she went to clean the bed for another person I just left. Went to visit family for Mother’s Day and ended up at the one in Greensboro where there Store Manager Mariah spent easily 30-45 minutes going through products and getting my package set up and let me know there was one in Statesville if I wanted to try a different location when I got home. Went there today and COULDNT have had a better experience. She got me set up (I think her name was summer) was super sweet and then explained the difference in two turn and four turn tanning beds tried the two turn and loved it. Not sure what’s up with the mooresville location but I’ll absolutely be driving 30 minutes out of my way once a week for a significantly better experience.
