PBT had the best beds and products! Not to mention the best staff! Ash was so kind and patient with me my first time! Tristen and Jess always welcome you with a smile and everyone is so willing to answer my silly questions and help! Moral of the story, I love this place (:

I have had the best experiences at Palm Beach Tan. Every employee has been so patient, kind, friendly, and very knowledgeable and it's always clean and inviting inside. They always take their time to explain the programs and how to get the best results out of my spray tan. I had questions on their City Lips 💋 lip plumbing, lip gloss, and the super sweet assistant spent a lot of time expanding the product and colors to me. I have never felt rushed, at any time that I have been there. And since I'm not a candidate for bed tanning due to my previous cancer issues, the spray tanning is such a great and beautiful option. My husband loves my "instant " color! They are the only place that I will go to and recommend! I love this place and the people there! Thanks for everything guys! You are the best!

This is my second visit here and I love it even more than my first time! I am new to tanning, and the girl, Jessi, who helped me on my visit was so amazing! She made me feel welcomed, like I was important and helped me understand my options and accommodated me! Thank you so much girly, you are what customer service is all about! Thank you!

I go to palm beach tan pretty often. Ive never had an issue, Jesse has always been there to help out and when a bed isnt available she has gone and cleaned them quickly so im in and out of there pretty fast. I havent been to any other location due to this. Will definitely continue coming here.

Always clean and a great range of different beds. Prices are a little steep but the top tier gets access to everything including spray tans (not a fan but thought it might be relative). Top tier also gets you access to the red light which you can do twice a day. Great for your skin, helps clear up my psoriasis and acne.

Good beds but their discounts are a scam. In the app it will say "$10 credit available on 7/10/23", then when they bill you, your credit that should have been available in July, isn't available until August. SCAM, FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!! They're taking advantage of their MAIN SOURCE OF INCOME: WOMEN!!!!!!!!! Why even offer the discount at all if you just keep pushing out its availability each month so it can never actually be used?????? The way companies take advantage of people these days is gross, I'd rather go somewhere else and pay more than be bothered just by noticing how their perks work.

I've had a membership with palm beach for 3+ years and love their beds and their products. I'd had extremely good customer service and have had the opportunity to give feedback on how to improve customer service with some of the recently hired on. In any event, it was very well received. As far as their customer care reps, 5 stars hands down. I love palm beach and will remain loyal. Even though there are quite a few tanning salons closer to me, the drive it worth it.

I have been using this facility off and on for almost 2 years. I have been generally impressed with the overall helpfulness of the staff, cleanliness of the rooms, and the overall running off the establishment. Laura and Jade have been particularly helpful in giving useful advice and kind suggestions. They have let me know when there have been specials and discounts on products. They are always friendly and efficient in taking care of their customers. I would definitely recommend this facility.
