Stand up bed gave an uneven tan with the "new bulbs." My 1st time there, but not my 1st time tanning, I was only allowed 6 minutes at the full price. Most of me is the same color as when I went it. My sides got the only color. Hopefully it was just this one machine that was highly promoted by the very brusk desk attendant.

This place will lie to get your business. I paid over $130 to start a tan month here. Told them when I came I ONLY wanted it for 1 month cause mine is closed for remodeling. So I lay 8 days because I'm getting married in 10 days, from my join date here. So she says I can freeze my account til I get back from Jamaica, my honeymoon. So today I went back to finish my tan month I paid over $130 for, an she says I have to pay ANOTHER $72.99 to finish my 2 weeks I paid for. I said absolutely not..

This place is a total ripoff. They will lie to you. I had my account frozen and was told that I could use the "tanning bucks" for my first month's tanning when I unfroze my account. HOWEVER they did not tell me that the month ended the NEXT DAY so I was charged for a total month and I have 60 bucks that can only be used on their products, which are so overpriced it is ridiculous. I told them I wanted to cancel as of TODAY and they said no refunds. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR - RUN DON'T WALK FROM THIS PLACE. I would give zero stars if I could.

This place is great! it was only $45. bucks for the lotion because I got a birthday promotion and I got a whole month of relaxing sessions just for me. All together, I spent $84.53. This is something I feel is a need before a want, now that I live in NC, because my skin is nowhere near being ready for these brutal rays here and summertime is just around the corner. I will save so much money on sunblock this year and in the meantime be able to have some ME TIME which is something I have seriously been neglecting all year long!

Staff is friendly and helpful. Place is pretty dirty & needs to be updated.. that’s why I subtracted 2 stars.. pretty sure they haven’t vacuumed since they opened! The beds do look clean, but they need to take out the trash & vacuum MUCH more often. With everything going on right now I would expect a business with so much traffic to be more tidy. I tried the spray tan in a medium & it gave me a even tan.. a little too orange for my liking but I'm hoping in a couple days It’ll be better. I would probably do it again, but do it a couple days before an event. I upgraded to the diamond package & the highest quality bed gave me a tan the first time in 5 mins! My cheeks did burn, but you can turn down the facial lamps.

Loved this place. Wonderful service!! This was first time going to this salon and they were Wonderful! No rushing, explained everything about the spray tan. Great place. Also, it looked great for days afterwards!

I am always greeted with smiling faces. The staff is always there to help and inform new or old clients. The spray tans always give me a beautiful glow and they’re always perfect!! The manager is always there to assist if there is a slight problem. the beds are always very clean, i’ve never had a problem there and I’ve been going for year!! best one i’ve ever been to!

I've been a member for over 2 years. I LOVE their beds no matter what location I got to. The staff is always very friendly. I have no intention of ever canceling my membership even the months I can't tan (my schedule is sometimes very crazy) I let it roll because this is the only place I ever want to tan
