Very pleasant interaction this morning when I’m decided to finally give tanning a try I was greeted and met by Peyton the manager who was very informative regarding the different packages and promotions they had available for their facility. She gave great detail on everything that her company had to offer I immediately signed up for a diamond package and started my service right away, customer service was impeccable. Great, first impression!

I have been coming to this location for 3 yrs now and I love it! The girls are amazing and I feel like family now. Always look forward to their professional expertise when I feel lost on ideas/solutions for my tanning color and experience. Peyton provides such excellent customer service each and every time I visit, to which I will continue to thoroughly enjoy each visit.

This location specifically is my favorite! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and everyone is very helpful. Lastly the store is always very clean!

My wife loves it for getting ready to travel to Jamaica in the coming months.

Uh, TEN stars for the manager PeyTEN. I'm writing this before I even leave the parking lot. She was so friendly and kind. She made me feel welcomed, and she seemed like she didn't mind at all to answer all twelve thousand questions I had on spray tanning. I will continue to come to this location simply because I feel like Peyten has my best interest at heart. Thank you for making me feel more confident about this whole process. Keep being you.

I think the lady that helped me was Megan. But I'm honestly not sure of her name. She did a fabulous job and was extremely nice and courteous. I went in to sign up for the pbt monthly plan and she not only helped with that but she also told me all about there Valentines day sales. I ended up buying the primer lotion and the bogo on the taning beds. This girl should be in sales she was able to up sale me but in a very nice way. So I was truly happy with my experience I would definitely recommend this place.

Just could not get logged in to the app. So I can see last time I tanned. You got to make sure you wait 24 hours. To tan again and that’s fine. Just wish locations was closer. Would like to try to fix the app. And get my 10 credit. :(. Other than that always clean always helpful. It would get 4 stars.

The girls who run this palm beach do a great job. Speedy check in times. Other Palm beaches in the area definitely are not on the same level.
