Re activated my membership and was so pleased with the entire experience. It's very clean. Knowledable friendly staff. The bed was very impressive. Complimentary monogrammed towel. Excellent job! Highly recommended for tanning in paragould jonesboro areas. I left feeling like a queen!

I have always been with Palm Beach Tan in the past but I spoke with the staff a couple weeks ago and was given the wrong information even though I was very clear about my questions. I was told I would get the unlimited $20 range monthly rate. I have paid this price while I lived in Memphis and even paid this SAME rate here in Paragould for over a year. I had a baby and ,after being very clear about this same rate, I came in today and the price was higher than what was quoted and even told me I had to pay a start up fee. This was most definitely most told to me over the phone. I feel I was misled and the staff was only trying to get me in the door. I was not only trying to resign myself up but also my sister. I felt like I was deceived and can easily take not only myself but my sister's business somewhere else. I would not be so upset if I was told upfront and promised a certain rate. I even went as far as asking if that was all the money (I rounded up for tax) I needed for my sister and myself. I was deceived and straight up lied to. If there was never a $20 monthly rate AND extra charges I feel as though I should have been told when I asked straight forward the answers I asked. Looks like another chain just trying to get people in the front door.

Great clean and friendly tanning salon. I've tanned at several different places in NE AR and Palm Beach Tans is a lot better on all aspects than Club Tan plus you will not have to deal with the “better than tho” manager at Club Tan . Gonna say clean clean clean..

Spray tan left me blotchy. I cried half the night. It's awful.should be a refund .I wasted 75 dollars to look horrible.

Place is almost consistently packed, no matter the time of day I arrive. Not enough beds for the amount of people trying to tan and wait time is hardly ever less than 20 minutes. Also, the prices are a bit steep. I miss Vegas Tan.

Absolutely the best tanning place I have been so far! Which is alot of them. The girls are really nice and attentive and the place is always very clean!

The absolute best place to go!! Iv tanned for years but they showed me how to do things and exalent advice!! Within a week I was completely satisfied unlike many other places I tried.

Most expensive place I’ve ever tanned. Prices I was told at start we’re not what I was charged. The text to tan application they use is never right, making me have to sit around at the salon wasting my time. Will not be returning
