I always enjoy Palm Beach Tans. Nice to get some sun in the winter, and keep the Vitamin D flowing.

The facility was amazing & clean. The tanning services & product selection {revenue generating} and presentation . We’re in STELLAR SHAPE for a Friday night of sales. But…. The customer service lacks…. I recommend re-training a particular mad-in appearance “manager” - (not sure of her title- she was dictating as a manager). This person will be referred hereafter as the MM: MAD MANAGER! MM was constantly bullying one of the employees (a kind & cheerful employee of whom had the gift of relationship building) a must personality in SALES!! TAYLORS personality made people feel comfortable & engaging ( which is critical in sales in this type of business!) 1- MM was constantly interrupting her as she presented products to us 2- MM rushed Taylor and even grabbing primer from her hands 3- MM is anxious, apologizing the NEW CUSTOMERS that she was in a hurry (with no one else in line). I recommend placing MM on hold if she is a manager. Give her a makeover and some Xanax. She may then have the ability to disinfect the tanning beds & restock goggles in the rooms. Kudos to “Taylor”! She will out perform the anxious and rude “manager” any day of the week! She was educational for a first time tanner and TRIED to take time with us (2 customers) in educating the bed and spray products. As an Operational specialist, I’d hire TAYLOR all day long! Unfortunately, I may not return to this salon if MM is there. She made me feel uncomfortable and rushing to leave! Description of the rude, Anxious manager (double nasal piercing, short-Bob [mousy brown in color] haircut. Skinny with a permanent frown). Owner of this operation: Get a camera amd initiate intermittent sneak peaks to observe the sales and presentations (or lack of).

Staff is helpful and knowledgeable seem to stay on top of everything even when busy, nice equipment and all bulbs are working on the beds I've used. Nice clean and neat. Since I wrote above found one bed with burned out bulbs, but all others great, some staff not as pleasant as others but over all even they are proficient at their job. Went in this week May 18 or 19th found staff deep cleaning very nice to see. Love new clear goggles. Over all still feel 5 stars are appropriate, impressed over all with most of staff, and products, cleanliness and availability of beds. Definately would recommend.

Helpful and friendly staff. The service is quick, convenient and the facilities are clean. Some of the tanning beds have had their fair share of use and show their age. However, they work just fine.

My experience at the Herndon, VA Palm Beach Tan location was fantastic!!! The staff there were super friendly and helpful when deciding which package to choose from, as well as a lotion. They gave me a tour of the facility, which I thought was great! All the beds and rooms appeared to be very clean, which is highly important for me. There were even Fall/Halloween decorations up, which I enjoyed looking at and was super fun! I would recommend this location to anyone!

I can honestly say I enjoy every visit to the salon. The girls are so sweet and always greet you so wonderfully. The salon and the beds are very well kept. I love their specials. Instant mood booster going to palm beach.

Very friendly staff, great facility and very up to date tanning machines/options. I started with a free trial and then signed up since they didn't do the typical harassing phone calls one would expect coming out of a trial membership. I have very light skin and typically burn easily, it took 3 sessions for a good color, but I was being very conservative with the tanning bed times.

On Dec 22, 2018 Megan was very helpful with telling me about current specials on lotions. She explained a lot of benefits that certain ones have. All the other ladies have been very friendly as well as helpful too. Everyone is always smiling!
