First of all, the customer service here is always incredible. Huge thanks to Kenny for walking me through everything a few months ago when i first stepped foot in any PBT location. Kenny & Kyler are always helpful, honest, and patient. I got my membership 2-3 months ago and this location will always be my favorite, I used to live in san marcos now im in San Antonio and i still only come to this location after trying many others. The beds are very updated compared to any location ive been at, always clean as well, Kenny and Kyler are always super kind & open when i have ANY questions (products, services, etc) . Overall 10/10 in all aspects

Do not recommend the spray tan. Staff are awesome, but we got spray tanned 10yrs ago from same company and went on vacation, not a single burn. This time with their "new technology" and added spray protection package, both of us got burned.

I adore all of the San Marcos Palm Beach staff, but Brooke is my absolute favorite for so many reasons. She's always smiling, so informative about the product(s), and is truly just so kind to everyone who walks in. Plus, this location has the absolute best beds and cleanliness levels. The entire store just has a wonderful vibe and atmosphere. Thanks for everything, PBT and Brooke! :)

I had a great experience at Palm Beach in San Marcos. The staff is great and very helpful with tips on my skin and membership. Also everything is clean and they have great deals. The rooms and beds are super clean and they don't charge extra for goggles or protection.

Had a great experience at this location. The facility was clean and welcoming. Kylar was very helpful and presented excellent advice on the available products. I will definitely visit again.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, especially Taylor! They have the best spray tan machines and beds to get good color! Large selection of quality skincare with good prices too. 10/10 highly recommend.

I love Palm Beach! The girls are always so nice and really take the time to explain everything to you. You can tell they want you to be happy with your tanning experience! The beds are amazing! They’re roomy and don’t get too hot at all. The rooms and beds are always so clean as well.
