Palm Beach Tan - Tanning salon in Montgomery - 4025 Atlanta Hwy, USA

Every time I go to this location, the girls are so rude. There has only been one girl since I’ve been tanning there that has been sweet. Everyone else has the worst attitudes.. I normally don’t complain or leave any type of reviews.. I just let it go, but the girl there working tonight was so rude it makes me not even want to come back. A simple hey how are you would do the trick.. instead of not even looking at me and saying “last name”

I moved out of state the end of April and made sure to cancel my subscription for May moving forward. My bank accout was still being charged in July so i called PBT and they assured me my account was closed and a refund would be issued for May/June/ July (which would have been roughly 230$). Its September and my account is STILL being charged! Manager Erin should be dissapointed in her self.. I am told their policy will only allow a refund as far back as 90 days. My account should have been taken care of in May and at the very minimum, July, when i called back the second time. 390$ and i can only get half of that back? I don't know if you would call this a joke or theft but it's definitely somewhere in the middle.

I went there yesterday. It was not my first time there but it has been a couple of years since I've gone there. The staff person was very nice. I bought eye covers and a one time tan for 20 minutes. I was put in room 17. It was very clean and everything was going well until the last 8 or 9 minutes. My back and legs started to feel like I was lying on a barbecue grill. Today, I only see slight lines on my back and some redness on my face. Definitely not a good experience for the money. I probably will go somewhere else tomorrow.

As always, everyone at this location is very professional and polite. It is a very nice facility and always very clean. I absolutely love their high pressure tanning and bronzing beds. They are the best I have ever been in and I have been tanning for more than 30 years. I have tanned here on and off since this location was first opened. I have always recommended this Palm Beach Tan location to everyone that ask me about tanning beds and spray tanning.

Didn't get what I paid for. Staff was very nice and definitely told to sell.. A job is a job.. 20 minutes and my butt was so hot it hurt, but no color on my skin. I know 20 minutes should have really got me and I told her that's what I wanted, but she refused. I'm thinking it's new rules since I was there last, even made me buy stickers for my eyes, had no choice...did get a rash on both my upper legs

Nice place, its new to me but I think it will grow on me. Beds are great too. I just need to tan more than 10mins.. Desk clerk was very informative as well. Enjoy it.
