This is the only palm beach in the area that I will go to! Dena is wonderful and knows exactly the kind of tanning lotions I like. She listens and helps me make the best decision to get the best color. I’ve never had a bad experience with the girls that are from this location. All of them are knowledgeable and are able to answer my questions. I have been tanning here for the past 10 years and will definitely continue here!

Absolutely love this location. The girls are so sweet and helpful and the manager, Dena, is wonderful. I came in to ask questions because I am interested in spray tanning services, Dena and another girl were very informative about the process and the additives they have. I definitely will be returning to start spraying soon.

I have visited quite a few PBT in the southeast traveling for work. Dena the manager at PBT in Surrey Center in Augusta, Ga has been the nicest and most professional that I have encountered. All of the girls that Dena has working there are so nice every time I walk thru that door. I can tell they really care about their customers. They always know my name and greet me when I come in with a smile. Also the place is always clean and the beds are great. I guess what I really want to say is Well done , Dena Anis and your wonderful staff.

I recently moved and the Surrey Center PBT became my home store. I love PBT! The staff, especially the store manager Dena, are exceptional in the customer service skills. The store is always clean and welcoming!

Went in for my first day of tanning in quite a while. Staff was friendly. I was greeted as soon as I walked in with smiling faces. Dena was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this location for tanning!

I honestly don’t have the time or energy to go into detail of my experience today but all I have to say about it is Deena, the manager of the PBT in surrey center is rude to her staff, unprofessional to say the least, and all around shouldn’t be in a position to handle situations that involve listening and trying to understand customers. I felt so bad to have to sit there and listen to Deena talk to the new girl. Very disrespectful.

Nicest young ladies!!!! Tha manager Dena Annis is the best!!!!!! She always helps you if you have questions and finds the answer!!!!!
