A Perfect Stay at Palm Beach Singer Island Resort and Spa.
At the Presidential Penthouse Suite.
We recently spent three unforgettable nights at Palm Beach Singer Island resort and Spa and couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. Our incredibly spacious penthouse suite overlooked the stunning beach, providing breathtaking views that made every morning a delight.
The hotel was spotless, luxurious, and elegant, with a full kitchen that made it feel like a home away from home. The beds were heavenly, and the pillows were so comfortable that we felt sleeping on clouds. We indeed had the most restful nights!
The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They always ensured our van was parked safely every time we returned.
Fresh coffee in the morning was a lovely touch that started our days perfectly.
Overall, we had an exceptional stay and highly recommend Palm Beach Singer Island Resort and Spa to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway.
We can't wait to return!
Actually, it went way better than we expected. The uite was amazing. We woke up, walked down to the beach and watched an amazing sunrise. Ordered Room Service and ate breakfast on the balcony with the ocean view. The staff was very friendly. The biggest problem was we Couldn’t extend our stay in that room because it was booked up for the next two weeks. Definitely coming back for my birthday.
Really happy that my friends and I decided to stay at the Marriott resort. The suites are very spacious and clean. The beach and pool are also very well maintained. The cherry on top is definitely the staff here. All of the staff that we interacted with, including the Raj at the front desk, went above and beyond to make our stay an amazing experience. I would definitely rebook a stay here next time.
I gave them five stars for a reason. If I could have I would have gave them more. The rooms were better than expected. Service was more than welcoming. And I couldn't have created a better location. I can't wait to get back to this !!!!
The hotel front desk personally absolutely deplorable. My son was not allowed retrieve his room card after I check in online. Unfortunately, I am in Tennessee and his mother had an stay in jacksonville Mayo Clinic for health emergency. He is over 18yo and never has this issue at any Marriot property. As a lifetime elite member and Platinum member of marriott. The manager and staff refused my reservation and refused to refund my money and points. We will never use this property again. When visiting west palm beach in the future tournament at PGA National or other course. I will make sure others understand our situation and how ridiculous they treated my family.
Beware. This is not a 4* resort. Room quality and prices vary widely depending on size view and who owns or manages the unit. Prices are quoted inclusive of taxes and fees on the google web site but when you click thru the quoted prices can add back in the taxes and fees. Then there is the resort fee. Not recommended to get resort fee ($35 day). Parking is an extra $39 a nite and there is no street parking. The so called resort amenities are present but not at a 4* hotel level. That said the ocean itself is excellent with clear clean seasonally warm water on a calm day. This is part of Marriot chain which if you check has multiple vacation properties on Singer Island. May thousands of units. certainly hundreds. And they will try to sell you one when you get there. My room was ok but the view was minimal and the rugs were dirty and the plumbing got clogged with no one responsive to fix. There were two pools, one with a slide which was clean and pleasant. But the lap pool was dirty and the water wasn't clear. Marriot doesn't own the rooms they are privately owned. I believe they only run the resort areas. Not a good business model imho. Good Luck.
Awful.lied about room type reserved. Dreadful desk staff. Lied about needing to pay for internet (claimed had to pay 20 bucks for 2 days. I didn't). Didn't mention 37 dollars per night. Condo marginal

I came all the way from Michigan, and this is good BBQ. Had the ribs and pulled pork - both were phenomenal. The Mac and Cheese was on point. Even the lemonade was delicious. Price was fair - a rarity in the world now
Please support small businesses like this one!!! I LOVE their smoothies. Unlike big name shops where you know they have added sugar, these smoothies are not overly sweet. I am always greeted nicely, my order is prepared timely and even brought to
