This place is absolutely amazing. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. They helped get everything needed for a nice rage day. They also put a stool in my lane to sit if needed. The selection of rental firearms was nice and there was an amazing amount of new and used to choose from. This was the first range I’ve been to since moving to the area the the staff made me feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer. I’ll definitely be back in the near future. Thank you staff for making this an amazing experience.
I would not recommend this place, especially with the amount of better options in the area. The older guys working there were rude and condescending to me every time I’ve been there. The range is extremely hot with no air conditioning and the rifle area is tiny. Their prices are ok but god forbid you ask a question to anyone except the younger Asian guy employee (can’t remember his name but he is awesome). I bought a thousand dollar handgun here once., but never again will I enter this place. Find somewhere else!
Excellent staff, so helpful with any issues or questions at range. Extremely knowledgeable, patient, friendly and genuine. Great selection of products; firearms, accessories, and sales staff are knowledgeable, helpful to find what will best suit you and your needs.
Smaller than you'd think. Seems almost exclusive for classes and training, when I went on a Saturday morning only 3 spots were available with all the others being used by different instructors. Ammo prices are outrageous but the show floor is large and well stocked. Firearm prices seem competitive. $20 for an hour of range time is pricey for the area. Edit: I changed this review based on the quick response of the Palm Beach Shooting Center team. I did my research and $20 range prices can be found elsewhere so they aren't the most expensive; although there are cheaper places to shoot in Palm Beach County. Knowing they care enough to respond, and so quickly, is worth an additional star.
Range is nice but ammo and pricing is crazy. 5 boxes of 12 gauge shells and lane rental was more than $130. They were small boxes of shells too not the 25 round boxes. Nice place, awful prices.
I’ve been a customer for a few years now. Purchased a few pistols from them the past few months. The older gentleman with the mustache and medium length hair is beyond rude and condescending. I am usually able to avoid him and deal with other employees, but wasn’t able to today. This will be my last visit. Spending nearly a grand and to have someone be so completely disrespectful and rude is unacceptable. There are too many competitive options in the area.
I wish their website said something about not renting to individuals. When I got there I was told it had to be a minimum of 2 people in order to rent their firearms. Understandable why, but had I known I wouldn't have wasted my time.
Awesome Staff, I'm new to shooting, I've been here 2 times and both times the staff have been extremely helpful and friendly. This is my Go To range.
