Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island Beach Resort & Spa - Hotel in Riviera Beach - 3800 N Ocean Dr, USA

This is my second visit to SI Spa, and I made sure to book with Nicolay and Galena for my services once again.||Nicolay gave me the best salt scrub I’ve ever had. he then follows the salt scrub up with a wonderful massage. The spa uses amazing oils from Fiji that are scented like tropical fruits.||After my salt scrub, Galena gave me the best pedicure I’ve ever had. My feet have never looked better, and she uses this amazing polish called dazzle dry that gives you the speed drying of a gel without the light. ||I visit the spa twice a year and make sure to see both Nicolay and Galena for my services. They perform excellent services and our wonderful people!

This is our third time coming here and will be the last. The first two times we came the rooms were beautiful and super clean. This time everything felt very dirty and very worn out. The freezer and water dispenser stopped working and ruined all the food we had just bought. We were never reimbursed for that food. They came multiple times to fix it and it never got resolved. The toilet wouldn’t flush and they had to replace the toilet handle. The kitchen sink was having issues and our shower would barely drain. Furniture was missing doors that looked like they had been ripped off. We went to sit by the pool and there were dirty used cans sitting by the chairs and stuff floating in the pools. We thought it would be fun to get a blowout down at the spa since it was on their spa menu but we were told there is no stylist. That part was not a big deal, but disappointing. It just isn’t a place I want my 1 year old daughter crawling around and touching things that are very dirty. Also had a glass door to the toilet that's completely unnecessary and slams itself closed. We had to hang my daughters life vest up because we were scared it would shatter

This hotel is very nice, we had a 2b with beach and canal views. The suite was clean and comfortable. We were advised of their lobby remodeling but found the construction very contained and did not bothered us at all.|The best surprise was the new restaurant Ona, replacing the very bad 3800 restaurant. During our prior visits we ended up driving out for all our meals, the food was aweful. This time the car did not move! The Ona restaurant food was good for all our meals and the bar/restaurant personnel were a delight.|Everywhere in this hotel you will find very nice employees, they all are ready to help and make your staying a pleasant one. Raj at the front desk is very helpful and professional. I highly recommend this location

Love Palm Beach Marriot Singer Island Beach Resort & Spa! We've been going here for years. Very clean and inviting. Staff is great, especially Jan, who works at the hut near the beach. She is so sweet, personable and super organized! We looked forward to seeing her each day! Would highly recommend this place for a family vacation or couples looking to get away!

We were pleasantly surprised how huge and will equipped our room was. We had everything we needed at our fingertips. ||Lots of activities (for kids and adults) on the property. You don't need to leave. ||The service was great everywhere - on the beach, at the pool, at the restaurant, baker valet, etc. ||We will definitely return, especially since we're only an hour away. ||Special thank you to Raj at the front desk. He helped me with my bill and was very polite.

Celebrating a special occasion we weren’t disappointed. I had the best salmon I’ve ever had and the watermelon feta salad was terrific. Mussels were good but had hot pepper flakes that didn’t add anything to the dish. Only 9 choices on menu but we Hhghly recommend this restaurant.

This property once again delivered above and beyond service!|Half of our families flight was canceled for 4 days. We were in a panic. From Caleb (bellman) taking care of us all along our struggles and always passing us a kind remark made our days feel easier. Tay (frontdesk) was very accommodating which kept us United and worry free for those days.|Sean (concereige) helped us with the flight problems being as professional as he is guided us on trying to help our family get home.|In summary you can have the most beautiful property but it's the staff that makes it shine.|Thank you, to you all!

Checking in was easy with Raj, he welcome us and acknowledge our elite status. Property is well equipped for all family. Great staff overall and restaurant food is great. Will plan my next family vacation again without hesitation.valet staff is wonderful always welcoming.
