Palm Beach International Airport is a small airport serving West Palm Beach, in Florida. It’s size is in contrast to the destinations it covers, because of it’s size getting though check in and security is a wheeze, it makes a pleasant from the dreaded security process at other large airports. There is shopping outlets before security which I see much at other airports, once though security there is a reasonable amount of shopping outlets, such as Burger King and Starbucks to name a few, so you can use time before you fly out. The airport is clean and spacious with plenty of seating, the restrooms are clean with attendants always on hand. Overall a nice pleasant airport experience

Although the airport itself is modern it’s the worst I’ve ever seen for information on where to board your flight. There are three concourses. At the bottom of the escalator from check-in there are signs pointing to concourse A on the left and concourses B and C on the right. However, there is no sign or TV indicating which airlines/flights are on each concourse. I guessed the right concourse for my flight and after screening I soon saw a TV screen which had my flight listed but no gate or concourse leaving me to wonder if I was in right area. On top of that I saw no gate for my airline (Spirit) - no indication at all that Spirit was even in that terminal. I asked someone where Spirit was and was directed to a gate which had no Spirit sign and no information on the screen except the time of day. There was no indication that I was at the right gate. I asked the employee if this was the right gate for my flight and she said yes. Since my flight wasn’t leaving for another 90 minutes I assumed they would soon put the information up but they never did. They even boarded the plane with no announcements. When everyone was on the plane the flight attendant even asked if we were all going to Atlantic City. If you fly from Palm Beach Airport make sure you have plenty of time to get to the right gate. Some of this could be Spirit’s fault but ultimately the airport should make sure things run smoothly or not allow Spirit to fly from there.

Great smaller international airport with flights all over. Easy to manage and access. Hardly ever that crowded when I have been there so not that stressful either arriving or departing. I always request my visitors to fly into this airport for convenience sake. The prices may be a little higher but the anxiety level lower. For me it's worth it.

This is an amazing airport facility, from driving, parking to security, everything is well organized and easy to get in and out quickly unlike FLL or MIA. We absolutely love this airport and try to use it whenever we are flying. The check-in process is quick, the walk from parking to terminal is very short. Once you drop off bags, it's one level for departures and TSA there are never any lines! The employees are all patient and polite. Post security there are plenty of food options on each end of the terminal, there is even a pet relief area! Phone Charging areas, plenty of seating and washrooms. Baggage claim is well organized and rental car companies, airline baggage office are all there on the same level. Flights also take off on time as taxing time is shorter compared to larger airports with multiple runways. We love PBI airport, staff and facilities. I could not recommend it enough.

Nice, cozy airport away from the huddle and bustle of the big cities. The security lines are quick, flights are on time, the personnel is happy, and the airport is mostly clean. It is a bit older than it’s neighboring airports, and smaller, but it’s a great option for those looking at alternatives

Nice airport, I like smaller airports with less people. Nice restaurants and shops. Great souvenirs. Everyone working there was super nice as well.

I actually really like this airport. It’s small, simple and easy to navigate. Everyone knows that traveling can build up a lot of anxiety and other emotions, so to have something that is not to overstimulating is definitely beneficial. All my interactions with the workers here have been very positive. And it’s just so nice to have another airport Within 45 minutes of another airport in case of any plan changes.
