I stayed here for the weekend and I absolutely loved my experience! The room was so clean and the shower/ amenities in the room were top tier and luxurious. I stayed on the 6th floor with the perfect view of the pool, cabana and the skyline. It was the best views I’ve seen in a hotel. They had two glasses by the side of the bed if you wanted to drink wine with your boo for date night in the king room I had. The bed and pillows were amazing and I had the best sleep. I’ll definitely be back!

I booked last minute on the app and upon arrival there was no one nor a single luggage cart available to help me with my bags. As I was traveling solo I brought each bag to the check in counter and explained I needed some assistance. NO ONE offered to assist me in any way. When I asked again about some help someone brought a luggage cart. I was given an upgraded room, but soon found out the M Club was closed from Friday afternoon thru Monday morning . At other Marriotts when the M club is closed a F&B credit is issued upon asking -- well this hotel offered NOTHING! The next morning (M Club still closed) I asked for made to order eggs and was told no. After a brief wait the manager was able to get the eggs. I tipped generously due to my outlandish request and when I spoke with the manager of the hotel he explained that made to order eggs was not complimentary-- I was not asking for anything for free, just eggs that didn't sit in a food trough for everyone to pick thru. That evening around 9 pm I got hungry and since the M club was still closed I asked the bar for a menu. The bar staff told me it would be at least one hour for food, so I elected to order thru Uber Eats. When it arrived the front desk would not let the delivery driver up to the room and called to let me know my food had arrived. She said nothing about me going to the front desk to pick it up. So after a while I called the uber driver asking about the delivery. He explained the front desk would not let him deliver to the room. When I went to pick up the pizza (now cold) I explained that I was unaware of the hotel policy and I was also unaware that I needed to come to the desk. This was the fourth time I have stayed at this particular Marriott, and the fourth time the service I received was far below the standard of other Marriott hotels. The hotel manager indicated the closure of the M club is on the web site and I pointed out it was NOT on the app and when using the app it was unlikely I would reference the web site. He then said I could have called the hotel to see what amenities would be offered -- this is also not something I do when selecting a hotel for the evening. I have been an Ambassador for several years now and felt it necessary to talk with the manager -- explaining that on my first visit I had booked a room and was for my room. I was told an Ambassador status guest was in that particular room and it would be a while before my room was ready. At 5:30 pm I still was waiting for a room so I wanted to cancel and book at a different hotel -- I then was given a room. The second time I was traveling for work and the service was better, the third time I had a reservation the hotel was hosting a 30 year high school reunion. The lobby was full of loud drunk people and I couldn't even hear the ladies at the front desk. Drunk guests were knocking over chairs and tables in the lobby and all the staff could say was quite time started at 10 pm, again this was a point stay for me and the amenities were unusable by guests not attending the reunion. Now my most recent was the last straw for me -- absolutely no compensation was offered for the M Club closure, the desk clerk kept telling me she understood (apparently people traveling solo don't need any luggage help and they don't get hungry) from Friday afternoon thru Monday morning. I asked for a manager on check out -- and unfortunately they are not available until 9 am. I left my number as I thought it was important to let the proper management know of the service I experienced, not just once but what appears to be the standrd level of service offered to me. I did not receive a call back so I called at 1 PM. The manager explained that this level of service is well within Marriotts standards and there was nothing he would do for me. I explained that I was disappointed and thought perhaps he would be interested in why a customer -- would care enough to personally let him know how his staff treats guests, not once, or twice but now four times. By the way there are plenty of Marriott properties in this area so if you are looking for a full service Marriott and it's on the weekend -- check the website or call the hotel for specifics -- but my recommendation is to pass on this hotel.

It was my second time staying at this hotel. As I approached the front desk for check-in, I was pleasantly surprised to see David, the front desk associate, who remembered my name from my previous stay. It truly made me feel valued as a guest. David's exceptional customer service skills were evident as he went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Not only did he provide all the necessary information about the hotel amenities and services, but he also took the time to inquire about my preferences and needs during my stay. The hotel amenities are very nice and the rooms are comfortable and clean. I will definitely be back.

I travel a fair amount for work and am a loyal Marriott customer. My recent experience in Palm Beach Gardens was very underwhelming and I will not stay at this location again. I arrived close to 9pm after a long day, and the front desk wrote down the wrong room number on my key card. So I went upstairs and then had to come back down to get the correct room number. I was placed in a handicap room without being asked my preference and then the remote control in the room was broken. I requested a different room and was moved- the manager brought me a key to the floor, which was nice. In the second room, the cover for the exhaust fan in the bathroom was hanging off the ceiling, and the inside was quite gross (dust, wires, etc). It took a good 5 minutes for the water in the shower to warm up. The drain in the shower wasn't draining, so I stood in 3 inches of water while cleaning up. Then I found a bug in the sink as I was brushing my teeth and when I grabbed a tissue on the sink counter I discovered that the entire box of tissues was soaking wet upon arrival. As a full service Marriott, I would expect more. Even a complimentary bottle of water in the room or at check-in might have been nice. They say they have "renovated" but it's truly liptstick on a pig with some laminate floors and paint on the walls. I recommend against staying here if there are other options nearby - I certainly will next time I come through town.

I travel all the time, and in those travels, I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels. No hotel has impressed me more in service, cleanliness, and comfort than this Marriott. Let’s start with the staff. Edgar Torres is the embodiment of hospitality. This man made it his mission to consistently greet me with well wishes and inquires into my needs. He went out of his way to get me a room when I needed one for the weekend, and made every effort to assure my stay was a pleasant one. He’s friendly, down to Earth, and always more than willing to be available for you. He really made this experience outstanding. David not only checked me in, but made sure that room service was on time and attentive. He promptly and professionally answered every question I had, and even had excellent suggestions on how I could better enjoy my time at the Marriott. Finally, there are the Venezuelan girls. Every single one of them, whether they serve me delicious breakfast or hot Starbucks coffee have the perfect understanding of hospitality. They are constantly smiling, they work hard, and they make you feel like you’ve lived in this hotel for months. Some girls that stood out to me are Luz, Belkis, Maria, Adriana, and Daniela. Every single one of those girls were fun to chat with, and more than that, they were so quick to attend to whatever you ordered. As for the actual hotel, it’s beautiful. It’s got an incredible swimming pool, outstanding food, good drinks, and a comfortable bed. Every single thing you want or need. Plus, everything is so damn CLEAN. That’s what’s always apparent to me. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Stay there and experience pure comfort at a more than affordable price. I will be back here again.

I have mixed feelings. It was beautiful and clean in appearance, but there were hints in the service that sent my mind to "I won't be back again. " Some random homeless looking guy slept at the entrance for hours. Just odd... We love marriott, so we will continue with other properties.

Not worth how much they charge. A group of us had rooms and all had the same problems. We had the temp set to 68 and it never got below 70 in our room. The shower water was either scorching or lukewarm. The towels had holes/tears and stains. The website advertises free breakfast but they actually charge $25. The ice machine on our floor didn’t work. $5 to do a load of laundry. Some of the front desk workers were extremely unfriendly. A lot of small problems that wouldn’t be a big deal but when they all start adding up it just isn’t worth it. There are plenty of other nearby hotels that I would try before trying this one. If it were cheaper, I’d give it 3 stars but we expected a lot better for the high price we paid.

We got an email saying our room would be ready at 1 it was not and we were told check in was at 4 annoyed but came back at 4 and were told room was still not ready but a manager “found” one for us thankfully. We were told buffet breakfast was included and we sit down to be told it wasn’t so again a manager had to be called. Water pressure trickled in the shower with low heat. Internet went out second day we waited 3 hours thinking it was an outage and it would be back on but they told us they changed their firewall and transferred us to IT support and they were confused why we were talking to them and never got internet back. Wait staff is very kind.

Very nice property. Check-in was quick and easy. Friendly staff. The welcome cocktails are a nice gesture. As far as the room, it was spotless. It has all the amenities one needs. I wished the restaurant and bar opened at 3pm and not 5pm. Regardless,
