We enjoyed visiting Pallister Brother Brewing when we were in Ottumwa for a weekend. Got to talk about how the brewing process worked and hear about their beers and the building’s history. Solid beers at a place with a great vibe!
Bring your own food and stay for the drinks. The range of tastes is impressive for an operation of this size.

A cozy taproom with oldie time character to enjoy a wide selection of IPA's, Stouts, and Ales. Wes Olson is the perfect owner and host/bartender with lots life experiences to capture your imagination and conversation. I especially like his Fat Tire brew!
My family held my retirement party here. Wes and his staff went above and beyond to make it a memorable event. They provided their signature beers and three kinds of Sangria for our guests. Everyone kept saying what a great place it was. I especially like the cozy groupings of furniture where small groups can gather. A grand piano, original brick walls, and original art by local artists add to the ambience.
Great place to get together with friends for Wes's delicious brews or a glass of wine. There is often live music and always great atmosphere. They don't serve food but feel free to bring in your own.
A very cute little local brewery. Really nice atmosphere, and a solid selection of beers. Staff was super friendly and I was able to chat with the bartender about the brewery and craft beers.
Cute small town brewery, the beers weren't standout but you can't go wrong for the price. Nice people.

I go here to eat at least once a week. All my employees love eating here as well. Morganâs has one of the best burgers I have ever eaten. The fries are awesome as well. I love their tenderloin too. I highly recommend this restaurant.
