Beautifully curated collection preserving the history and culture of a threatened people. A mix of older objects and art and newer art. Lots of interesting books on display that I will look up later! A hidden gem in a plain building, it's full of an unexpected amount of interesting pieces.
From the river to the sea Palestine will be free 🍉
This is a beautiful museum and I feel so lucky we have one in the New Haven area. Thank you Faisal for the time you spent chatting with us!
Amazing museum!!! Highly recommend. Great history and images of Palestine. A must see
Excellent museum with a knowledgeable tour guide. Suitable for children and adults alike.
What an amazing place ! Must visit while in New Haven
Came from NYC to visit today and had an amazing experience! Finally a space that shares Palestinian culture and sheds light on the occupation. The art, embroidered thobes and more was beautiful and meaningful. The founder was the host of our tour and answered all of our questions about the pieces. Highly recommend you support and check this Museum out!
Beautiful museum with so much to learn and see. Recommend this great experience to anyone who wants to learn about Palestinian culture and the history of the occupation. The founder is there to answer any questions you have about any pieces there.
This is one of the most special places I've found, hidden in plain sight in a very nondescript building. Between the art, the books (I wish I could spend time here just reading everything that lined the gallery walls), to live music and speakers.
If you're local, just know that you can't possibly take in everything in one visit!
