What a pleasant surprise! The rooms here are really great! The check in was smooth and the staff are friendly. Highly recommend 😁
This place is comfortable cozy and nice and it has a jacuzzi in the room couldn't ask for more and it's affordable
Ok was out late celebrating my bf's bday got back and crashed woke up the next morning with this stail smell in the air whent to open the shades and the thin curtains are covered in black spots of black mold its all in the grout in the bathroom and the jacuzzi tub had no stopper
We had to leave. The room smelled like cigarettes, the bed spread had burn holes and was worn thin, the box spring and mattress looked pretty grubby and the clientele was questionable. They do get points for trying. The sheets were clean, the bathroom super clean, they provide ashtrays outside (I guess to encourage people to not smoke in the rooms) and the front desk was able to refund us when we said we couldn't stay.
Positive: The staff is great with customers but the rooms are outdated and miss matched themed Negative: Not enough provided items Negative: ""
Lol. This place was just… my bedroom at home is bigger than the entire room. The bathroom doesn’t even have a cut off shower area, the water just goes into a hole in the floor. They make you give a cash deposit even though no one has carried cash since 1997.
I gotta say, I'm pretty impressed. Looks like they took and older run down motel and fixed it up nice. The rooms are very nicely updated with a huge spa, great lighting and large TV. The service was also outstanding. Easy check in process, and when I needed to check out 2 days early, they had no issues with it. Without question, they credited the remaining days back to my card. Very easy.
The only down side is the neighborhood. Not the best part of town, though I felt OK in the property with lots of cameras around. The cars driving down the busy street are loud, setting off all the annoying car alarms all night long, plus various sirens on the busy road. Not their fault, but still worth mentioning. If the noise isn't an issue, then by all means check this place out.
Do not book through Expedia, you will get double charged. I had to spend a week and a half working with Expedia before they finally refunded on their end. The hotel will not answer phone calls or email requests. Avoid at all costs
