We stayed for a little over a week, waiting for our new home to finish... overall, the staff was amazing in accommodation... we were supposed to be there a couple of days, and unfortunately, every other day, we had to add more... so we were very grateful for the service we got! Rooms were comfortable... we had a small issue with the a/c... but they came and took care of it. It was very nice to be in a hotel that took care of their guests so nicely.
Not a great experience by checkout time. Everything not mentioned in the noteworthy sections was okay at best. There were some good points, but overall 2 stars. I'm not sure if I will return to this property, but it wouldn't be my first choice. Management seems to be either inexperienced or non-existent at this property. Maybe it was just this particular trip, but first impressions are everything in hospitality, and this was not a great experience. I'd challenge management to prove me wrong as I would gladly give them a second chance. As for this trip, it was a total fail.
It's was a beautiful ride out to the casino. I didn't stay the night. But the Cafe had huge portions. And tasted great! Server was great!
Seems to be a common theme about AC not working. After entering the building and being hit with a thick wall of cigarette smoke, I proceeded to the restroom on the gaming floor before wanting to enjoy a few games. The restroom has no AC, and is easily 90°. I left my deposit in the restroom and promptly left the building to find a cool place to hang out for a bit.
If you are looking for a quick stay on your way to Death Valley National Park… avoid at all costs. Booked a room last minute since the pricing was cheap & boy did we get far LESS than what we paid for. For starters, the walls are paper thin. After immediately getting our key to our room, we heard our neighbor screaming at their partner who was in the room with them, across from ours. People wandering the area make you question your safety during your stay as well. Upon unlocking our room (after the second time of the key not working) we were greeted by thick, gross, cigarette air in our room. The AC wasn’t working & the window was only able to crack ajar, making the air still and simply not healthy to breathe in. The condition of the room was nothing less than disgusting. The bed didn’t even have a fitted sheet on it, only a flat sheet on top of the mattress. The remainder of the room was poorly cleaned and definitely not kept tidy from whoever was previously in it before us. The front desk worker was very nice & personable, however, told me that I need to finalize my stay the following morning. After telling them I wish to cancel the reservation, they quickly went back on their word and told me everything was finalized, so they can’t cancel anything…seemed very contradictory and misleading. As someone who does not have high standards for accommodations during travel, this stay was something I could not fathom, even for one night. Fortunately, we ended up lucking out at the best western down the road, and was willing to pay a high price for one night just to feel SAFE in the area. We left the nugget without a refund, and will not be returning. Thank you for coming to my Ted talk.
Went for the day. It's a beautiful drive from Las Vegas to Pahrump. This hotel was fun. They have a pink Box donut Shop there. The Coffee Shop was very good and they have reasonable prices.
I stayed here for two nights to escape the 115° heat. I read the reviews and knew what I was getting into (mostly). This was not going to be a stay at a luxury resort but the price was right so I stayed. That still didn’t prepare me for the fiasco of the key card fails! I had no less than SEVEN trips to the front desk to get non-functioning key cards replaced or for staff to let me in my room and They even came to replace the batteries in the lock system. It failed every time but one and boy was it frustrating. Staff were helpful and I had the strong sense this is a longtime issue they’ve been dealing with every day. TL;DR: An okay place to stay to beat the heat as long as you never come out of your room once you check in.

Good food. My only note is that the menu describes their appetizer sliders as mini-sliders..... there ain't nothing mini about those things. And they were of course delicious!
Is a great place to play and win. It has changed a bit,, but its for the better. With dividers between machines, its clean and sanitized, they id check you, i dont like less machines now. But most of the barista knows me by name and they know what
What a cute little store with very friendly staff. They have homemade print shirts to snacks to locally made products and, of course, Death Valley souvenirs. This is the last gift shop before you cross over to California.
They have everything except for what I need a geek voodoo atomizer for my voodoo drag mini coral blue and coils also they don't sell them, but everything else looks great

If in Pahrump, you must stop at this friendly family diner. Great atmosphere, food and just the sense of home style cooking. Came all the way from Henderson today for breakfast and some pastries. Had the omelet today and as usual it was wonderful.
