Delicious pizza made just the way you want it. I had the vegetable deluxe on wheat crust and it was yummy. The guys had the everything pizza and gave it two thumbs up. Staff were friendly, helpful and service was quick. We dined early, 4:30ish, and by the time we were done the place was full. It’s worth the wait but if you don’t like waiting a bit, get there early.

Pagliai’s pizza is a superior Italian eatery. Excellent customer service and fantastic choices like the famous Pagliai’s special and fabulous salad bar. The staff meet and exceed expectations and deliver service with trust and loyalty. I would highly recommend with praise to friends and family.

Friendly service. Low prices. Nice atmosphere. Worst pizza crust I have ever eaten. It is tough and chewy as moist cardboard. School lunch pizza crust is better. Gas station pizza crust is better. Prison serves better pizza crust. Any frozen pizza you buy in a grocery store will have a better crust. Management should consider this a four alarm emergency, eat out at a few other places for inspiration, and find a different dough recipe ASAP.

Delicious pizza, pasta and appetizers in a laid back atmosphere. All the staff, waiter/waitresses are all great, they definitely keep your glad full no matter what you're drinking. Nice selection of adult beverages as well! I'd highly recommend stopping in for a bite if you're in the area.

Regardless of whether you're an out-of-towner referring to it as Pagliai's with a silent 'G' or a local pronouncing it with a hard 'G', Pagliai's has always been a cornerstone for pizza in Cape Girardeau. The owner, Eric, shows great care and consistency in the quality of his pizzas. The staff, having remained largely the same over the years, is a testament to the restaurant's positive work environment and dedication to customer satisfaction. As for the pizza itself – the portions are generous, the toppings are always fresh, and the cheese is just perfect. I particularly enjoy the opportunity to watch them prepare the pizza right at the front counter. If you're looking for a family-friendly spot while exploring Downtown Cape Girardeau, I highly recommend giving Pagliai's (with a hard G) a try.

Fabulous Dining Experience ! My family and I enjoyed a awesome meal old school style together In a Great environment with the perfect pizzias we each had individually. I ordered online delivery as I have before. First thing was the delivery time was at least 15 mins after given time, that was okay because I get it, it was Friday evening. Second thing the driver puts my food on the ground as I'm at the door opening it. I get inside and the pizza was cold and wrong as well as the appetizers were cold. I call the app slice which is the preferred delivery service Pagliais uses, they reach out to the restaurant to reorder and tells me they will just refund for the pizza because there's noone else to bring my delivery. I still had to pay same delivery fee and tip for the wrong cold cheese pizza and cold appetizers I only bought to get the rewards that I also did not recieve because my order did not meet the qualifications for it. That was not the first time I got the wrong pizza from the delivery service but was the last because I will not be ordering again. I also think that was very poor customer service for Pagliai's to not make sure I got the correct pizza using their preferred delivery service.
