If you need toilet paper you can only ask for one roll a day. Only allowed house keeping once a week. Outside grounds are kept clean

I think that something should be done about the hotel rates in Long Beach. Especially the moderately easier to sleep in one's as well as those that are wreeking of ROACHES. THIS PLACE IS ONE OF THE BETTER ONES. But NO, HOTEL IS SUPPOSED TO BE 110 PLUS A 20 dollar security deposit on a early morning check in. 🤔 I will say that the rooms are huge. A little paint new bed spreads, extermination and a deep cleaning. I would love to go back.

Assumptious, disrespectful, arrogant and rude. Did not want to serve my friend as he was getting his own room because the cashier had saw me in the car passenger seat pulling into the driveway. The cashier just automatically says to my friend that he cannot have a room because he is bringing a visitor. I had to approach the cashier to inform his assumption was incorrect and made the correction. The cashier, still, has an attitude and just walks away on the phone. That guy needs to be corrected or an investment can always be made to replace those individuals and changes of services will be made.

We stayed in room 25 the bed was so hard I woke up with an achy body. I will never stay here again $145 for a room with stains on the sheets and paper thin blanket. I learned my lesson.

The room was everything and more than I expected. I've gone to hotels before that look one way on the internet and completely diff in person. This hotel was exactly how it was in the picture and even better in person! The room was super clean, the hot tub was the best hot tub I've gotten into so far. Me and my boyfriend had a really great time. Also the front desk clerks were really friendly and polite . I would definitely suggest this hotel to anyone. If you want to go on a get away and have a romantic and fun night with your special someone this is the place to go!😊😊😍

I had a booking and I arrived at 6:00pm to check in to find out my reservation had been cancelled. I was not provided any explanation or support or reason why it was canceled. While talking to the hotel staff, I receive an email saying my confirmation was cancelled. The staff were not helpful or pleasant to provide a solution. After I left, I checked and the rooms were still available but at triple my original booking price. The staff were not professional to solve this for me.

First, I was informed I can park on the property. Second, made reservation, yet upon arrival, I am directed of no parking on property. Third, informed after the manager and I communicate Is a Go to park. However, I park across the street. Finally, there are a few men congregate outside the rooms and these were extreme not making my stay, for the first time, not very comfortable. I called front office and nothing is done. I packed up and moved out at 3:00am. I went the next morning and requested my money-back. I did not get anything. I hope your stay is pleasant f you rent a room for the night.

We had to change our flight to early the next morning and needed to just find a cheap motel to crash in for 6 hours, no fuss. Made the mistake of not reading any reviews and just making the reservation blind... I wasn't expecting much at all, but when we lied down on the bed, we were shocked at how hard and uncomfortable they were. Seriously, I've never felt a harder more uncomfortable bed in my entire LIFE. LOL - we should have noted that it was a Friday night and our car was the only one in the parking lot! But it was super late and we were exhausted. I woke up at 2am and tried putting the only two towels I found in the bathroom on the bed in an attempt to make it slightly more soft/comfortable to no avail. At least it made it easier to wake up at 6:30am for the LGB airport.. couldn't WAIT to get the hell out of there. My husband said he would wait to brush his teeth because the water in the sink smelled like a sewer. MAN That bed made my cramped Southwest seat feel like a 5 star hotel. PLEASE do not stay here!!!
