Lovely park! Play structure has the steering wheels one kid inexplicably loves and good slides for the other kid. Nice playground for toddlers and young kids.
Large shady trees are a huge plus!
Cons for us are the sand and the relatively long walk from the parking lot. It was around 140 steps from the lot to the nearest bench, though it is well paved and at just a very slight incline.
One of our favorite parks! Good equipment for ages 2-10 or so, and trees for climbing and fort building opportunities for kids looking for a different adventure. Covered picnic area and some park benches. Lots of shade.
Would be easy to miss this gem of a park if you did not know really to look for it within this neighborhood. Friendly people here too. Quiet and spacious with a lot of outdoor seating and trash cans were emptied and not over flowing. Plenty of parking as well, highly recommend grab a lunch and eat it here then talk a brisk walk around and enjoy all the sights of nature here.
This park is extremely clean and the vegetation is kept up.
The playground is shaded but more than that the sidewalks are all clean, the sand is free from debris, I love taking my kids and grandkids there.
It would not be this well cared for and groomed unless it was for a neighbor volunteer who spends a number of hours seven days a week to care for it. This is "paying forward" and an act of kindness at it's best. I have spoken to the man that is responsible for this kindness and thanked him.
The park is always clean. There are soccer goals on one end of the park. Large playground for little kids to play on. Hours are 5a-11p every day. The parking lot has about 20 or so spaces, plus handicapped parking spaces are available.
I ride my bike past this park about 3 times weekly. Always people enjoying the park with their kids, and some elderly talking walks in the area. Nice quiet place.
One of our favorite parks on the west side thanks to the shady playground. Not as in "questionable" but as in lots of big, leafy trees.
Very nice park, clean and well maintained. Great place for a picnic, lunch break or just fun with the kids.

Our favorite park! I try to go there pretty often with my dog. The park overall is very well maintained, mowed and kept free of debris. The pond is also kept very clean, always plenty of people fishing there!
