Pacific Plaza Resort - Hotel in Oceano - 444 Pier Ave, USA

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Pacific Plaza Suites, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel's luxurious ambiance combined with its stunning views made for an unforgettable stay. However, what truly stood out was the impeccable service provided by Susie at the front desk. Susie went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. From her warm welcome upon arrival to her helpful recommendations for local attractions, her attention to detail and genuine care for guests truly shone through. No request was too big or small for her, and her professionalism and friendliness made me feel right at home. The room itself was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The hotel's facilities, including a spa and laundry machines were top-notch and provided a perfect way to relax and unwind. Overall, I cannot recommend Pacific Plaza Suites highly enough, and much of that recommendation is thanks to Susie's amazing hospitality. If you're looking for a truly exceptional hotel experience in a stunning location, look no further than Pacific Plaza Suites. Thank you, Susie, and the entire team, for making my stay truly memorable. It's like having your own little apartment right by the beach!!! I love this place!!!

The beds are old school spring mattresses which sucked but everything else was real nice. Great location with nice and comfortable rooms.

Overall, my experience at this resort was fantastic. It provided a clean, convenient, and affordable base for my beach getaway. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay by the sea without breaking the bank.

Nice place to stay. Clean, comfortable and a short walk to the beach. Just the peaceful mini vaca I needed. It was quiet

This place also has semi permanent residents living here. The room we rented showed signs of someone living there for a long period of time and that some sub human being wiped boogers on the walls in every room. Not kidding. It is a cheap place to crash and it's close to the beach but, we won't be staying here again.

We had a few problems with our room, the heat was out and the sliding door was not working between the bedroom and living area. The staff was really incredible doing everything they could to make it right. The rooms are very clean. the location is great. They have extra parking. I would definitely stay here again. The hot tub closed early but other than that it was great.

Everything's perfect other than the outside of the place it needs to be painted. The paint looks moldy it needs a touch up maitance on the outside

I had a bad first experience, and I thought I would give this place a second chance. The first time my room was not even cleaned. There was sand and dirt and hair in my bed as well as my bath towels and in the bathtub I decided to give this place one more chance. I do not recommend coming here if you are coming to stay with family for children. This place does not have noise control in the middle of the night and they will tell you they are not a 24 hour hotel and you’ll have to call the police department for further help. I had a party from what it seemed in the building, and there was stomping, slamming doors, loud music, and TV, cussing and yelling, all throughout the night, and I could not get a hold of anybody for help . My correspondence in the morning was that they are not open at night and call someone else for help. Even though they are not a 24 hour hotel, it sure seems that the guests here think it is and they will do nothing about it. So aside from , this being a party place, the cleanliness is disgusting and I do not recommend this place at all. I will not return and I will not recommend this to family family or friends.
