Who knew there was still someone repairing printers?! That someone is Fadi Salhani. (The only guy in NorCal)!! Called to see if anything could be done to make my 15 year old Epson Photo printer feed paper again, and was told "absolutely!" He knew exactly what was wrong, especially once he looked at the feed wheel (it was worn smooth!) and I was told up front it would be $285 parts and labor, and would work like new again! "Those printers were made when Epson REALLY made quality machines. That thing is a Cadillac! Have you SEEN what a good used one online is going for? (Twice what I paid for it!) I had no idea! SO glad I called, and I didn't buy a new one that wouldn't be as good! I live 50 miles from his shop, in another town. He offered to let me pick it up from his home, halfway between his shop and where I live! How cool is THAT? THAT'S what you call customer service!! If you need a printer repaired, call Pacific Office Equipment, before Fadi retires! He's a gem.

Excellent Service. I brought my ET-7750 Epson printer in for color printing issues. Serviced and returned in one day and it works great. I appreciate Honest costs with no extras, and direct to the point information. I highly recommend Pacific Office Equipment, it is now my go to place for printer servicing.

I took my Epson 3880 printer in because the photo black ink was draining into my over flow tank to the point it was emptying the ink cartridge. Fadi knew exactly what the problem was and had my printer back up and running over night. Great work at a reasonable price! I would not hesitate to take my printer back to him or recommend him to a friend.

My Epson Photo Stylus went down unexpectedly. The Proprieter was professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. He charged $35 to diagnose the problem, which I thought was reasonable to find out if the unit was worth fixing. He described the difference between my unit, and current similar Epson units, which was very helpful to me. He called me back promptly and explained the problem and a reasonable cost to repair and service. I had the printer the next day.

Epson lists this place as the only authorized Printer Repair location in this part of the world. They did do a good job fixing my broken printer. But it was very expensive, and the final bill and a few little extras tacked on which was annoying if not a bit shady. So I would bring my printer back there if it was Emergency but hang onto your wallet carefully.

He was very helpful, precise, and took pride in his work. He came to my studio, repaired my printer and within an hour my printer was printing better than it had been before.
