Based on my observations, they go above and beyond the call of duty as office managers to assist the company and its customers. They always find the answers for me, demonstrating their familiarity with the goods and services they offer as well as their obvious connections to their outside vendors. Even though there are people for various areas within her company, they seem to be the definition of a Swiss army knife—they are aware of and has access to everything. I ask them a question about an invoice, and they just get on to explain.

I've been using POA's items for most of my business needs for a long time now. They supply our printer, phone system, and—most recently—a mail folder. They are well-oiled machines, and no problem is too big for them. They responded quickly, and the entire crew was excellent from the beginning to the end. Strongly recommend it!
