We had Pacific IT migrate our email platform, and they were incredibly helpful! All along the way they were communicative and supported us when we needed to troubleshoot access issues due to an outdated email linked to our website that wasn't even part of what they had expected to do. Big shout out to Justin who was always quick to respond and follow up! I would definitely recommend them to others.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Pacific IT is always Very Responsive to any issue or question I have. The staff is incredibly Professional and Knowledgeable. Erik helped me get the subscription that fit my business at a price that held with my budget. I appreciate knowing what I can call in for that is covered by my plan and having a set amount for my tech services every month. It is very important to me to be assured of my data security and have the ability to "work from anywhere." These guys make that happen AND are Proactive in making sure I am covered for whatever comes down road. That is piece of mind for me and my clients. They really are the best.
