It's within walking distance to many restaurants, shops and the beach. It's a very clean and well-maintained resort. Just a short drive to Monterey and Cannery Row. Be prepared for deer roaming the streets.
Excellent location, town, food, walking routes, and charming atmosphere. Many sites to see in Monterey Bay, Carmel, Santa Cruz, with many options to participate in diverse activities ranging. from art galleries, restaurants/bars , listening to music, swimming, walking, and being close to nature.
Loved our unit. Quite large, very comfortable, clean and nice location. We really enjoyed the International restaurant down stair for dinner and The Red House for breakfast. We walked to the Monterey Bay and enjoyed a troll along the bay. Here are several shops and restaurants right outside the building.
This restaurant was a rather choice in urgency. We arrived quite late in Monterey thus started late on food hunting. We didn't want to drive far so we chose the one with the most guests. We got decent food in big portions at fair prices. If you are not looking for specialties and a bit finer cuisine, the restaurant can be on your list.
We’ve been coming here for 30 years and its only location I could return to again & again. Large 2 bed, condo-like units (1500 sq ft or more) but not condo feel. In the heart of this pedestrian friendly town— blocks away frim anazing bakery (Pavels)), brunch (Crema, Red House), lunch or dinner (Il Vecchio— $10 lunch deal), vivolos or Intl for chowder and fine dining dinners Passionfish, Poppy Hall, Maxs or Jenenni. Walk to PG Market or quick drive to Yrader Joe or Safeway. Dont forget your bikes to ride along coast. Curbside checkin during COVID
This was our first time visiting Pacific Grove and the Plaza turned out to be one of our all time favorites. We were on the top floor (3 floors) and the unit was a two bedroom 3 bath setup. It is two stories with the bedrooms upstairs. The is a balcony off the lower floor and one off each bedroom. The have gated underground parking and just 3 blocks from the beach. Everything was clean and very nice. We love this place. They do not have a swimming pool but there is dining on the ground floor. We did this as an exchange with II.
This is our 4th 2 week vacation in pacific grove.|If you are able to book a condo at the pacific grove plaza then you have hit the jackpot.|Centrally located on 17th street and Lighthouse, these condos offer secure underground parking, a restaurant and shops on premises. It is an easy walk thru the 19th and early 20th century neighborhood to lovers point which offers terrific vistas of Monterey bay. The walk along the coast is one of the most spectacular we have ever experienced. Aside from morning cloudiness the weather is predictably beautiful.|Pacific Grove Downtown offers restaurants, bookstores, antique shops, a movie theater, numerous grocery stores and a number of parks, and green spaces. The local golf course is ranked in the top 50 of public courses in the USA. Carmel, Carmel Valley,|And Monterey all offer the wineries, restaurants and galleries that are worth a day's visit. This is definitely a five star destination.
We have stayed a number of times at Pacific Grove Plaza and we will return. The office staff was great and are practicing social distancing by coming to your car and giving you your keys and paperwork. Parking is tight so keep this in mind when bring large vehicles. The rooms are a bit outdated but you aren't staying in the room for a lengthy period of time. The rooms do get a bit warm but you are only a few blocks away from the water. They have places AC units in the bedroom.

The rooms were smaller than expected. But if you're intending to be out the whole day
Great little B&B that is centrally located in Pacific Grove. Walking distance to cannery row, the aquarium and the monarch butterfly sanctuary.
The rooms were clean and everything worked well (for such an old house). We had no problems. There is a ni
A wonderful place to sit and reflect. The crashing waves are always intriguing. There is a path between several benches in the area. A great place to enjoy while on a coastal walk or bike ride.
First time experiencing Maxâs grill and the food was out of this world! Definitely going to be a repeat customer whenever we pass through Pacific Grove/Monterey. Absolutely amazing customer service, beautiful and cozy atmosphere. 10/10 would recomm
Staff was friendly. Room had plenty of space and was remarkably quiet. Enjoyed the gas fireplace. Best part was walking to the beach. Pacific Growth is a cute town and close to everything you would want to see or do in the area. We would stay again.
Very nice place in the middle of the city. Lots of trees and fresh air. A lot of little trails to follow. I didnât have my dog when I visited but lots of other had theirs with them and it seemed like an area that is good for a dog to run around in.
This is some of the better pizza I've had. (We got the My Sausage Garden gourmet.) The crust is nice and crispy on the bottom, so it holds up against the toppings. The toppings tasted fresh, the sauce was rich but not overpowering. Really, really goo
As usual, my wife and I turned up at the busiest period with no booking. The place was packed to the gills. Asked for a table and told it would be a 20minute wait. Browsed the menu while seated at the bench and watched the locals enjoying themsel
Came here for dinner after spending the day in Monterey. This was such a pleasant surprise! All the dishes were very well done!
The grilled octopus was sooo soft that we've never had octopus prepared this way and yet you'd still get the grilled/smok
Beautiful B&B in a perfect location! My husband and I spent two nights in the Marie room which has a gorgeous ocean view. It was so peaceful lying in bed in the morning watching dolphins and sea lions swimming in the waves and the seabirds flying thr
Cozy, lovely place. I enjoyed my stay there a lot. Well curated design/materials in the rooms and public area, I liked the attention to detail. Furniture and rooms are in very good condition, beds are comfortable. The building is quite old and you he
