Michael Sacco the owner came right away to give the bid and we accepted the next day. The following week Everardo and Arturo did excellent work installing the unit as well as blowing in new insulation that gave us a R30 value. They also shared a variety of before and after pictures.

After getting several quotes. We decided to go with Pacific because of Micheal’s honesty and straightforward way of answering all of our questions. Taking the time to give us examples we would understand. Our questions were answered anytime we called and emailed. On the day of installation the installers were knowledgeable about the hvac and furnace getting put in and answered even more questions. We are happy to recommend them to anyone else with hvac needs.
The technician was on time. He quickly identified the fairly simple issues (dirty coil which caused the capacitor the break). He cleaned the coil, replaced the part and made sure there was enough coolant, etc. A different company had said the whole unit needed replacement at exorbitant cost two day prior.
Three generations of our family uses Pacific Breeze Air Systems. They've taken care of all of us across the board. Very friendly and professional. Unfortunately I'll be moving out of state and can't take them with me. Had one last visit to prepare my home for sale. They serviced my system well as the seller but out of consideration for the buyers offered preventative options. I really respected this. As my final interaction with the company I give them very appreciative send off. Thanks for the wonderful service.
Our old air conditioner was removed and replaced in one day! The men who did the job were friendly, professional and answered all of my questions. All in all, I was very impressed and would highly recommend Pacific Breeze to anyone needing a new AC.

We had Pacific Breeze come and replace our AC unit, as well as continue maintenance. They are prompt in timing, they always had clear communication with us, were always on top of maintenance appointments, and they were really pleasant to work with. They also don’t overcharge and are fair in their pricing. They’re very professional and I definitely recommend working with them.
