Pachuco's - Restaurant in Midland - 316 N Big Spring St, USA

I love the way the changed up this place. The art work is beautiful, absolutely love it. So when you get there, you get to look at the menu on the wall, pick what you want, order and pay at the register. We went ahead and tried a few things. My hubby got the Korean Loco Moco, two Quesatacos (one brisketand one chicken), I got The Square with fries, and we ordered the queso and chips. We really enjoyed our meal. It was good! That Korean Loco Moco was really good. I like the way they did things different in making their dishes. This place was popular too. A lot of people came in. So, it's a definite, must try! Always, I am about service and this place had great service.

Was looking for BBQ while in town for work. We originally went to another place, but the were out of brisket, so we went searching for another BBQ joint and found this one. We are SO glad we did! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was fun, and the staff were very friendly. The menu is based on BBQ, but they seem to have a good time and mix in some Asian and Mexican fusion in with the BBQ meats and sides. I had the brisket, sausage, pork belly bao, ribs, hatch Mac, and brisket fried rice. It was all very good! I will somewhat critique the Bao that the amount of pork belly In it was a little lacking. Otherwise everything tasted great and was a good value. Would highly recommend checking this place out. I did ask the staff to cut my brisket thin and we all laughed. The response to that recent review did weigh somewhat on our decision to come in! Wish I took some pictures to share, but forgot!

Tried the Pachuco Patty Melt, a large Pink Lemonade, and some Banana Pudding Cheesecake. It was all amazing! Also had some of the ribs...PERFECTION! An awesome atmosphere to sample all of the creations by Mr. Carrasco and his crew!

We went out for dinner today. Usually if the Mrs does a deep clean we go out so the house stays clean until the next day. I kept seeing social media posts with the Chicken Fried Brisket Burger and well..... let's just say that I saw it one too many times before I could deny it any longer. That burger was delicious. Strange but everything I hoped for. Also, the kids are their whole meal. Usually this doesn't happen. They enjoyed it very much. Glad they have this location in Midland and don't hesitate to check them out! The desserts were great as well!

Staff and service is good but the FOOD IS WHAT YOUR GOING FOR.. the prices are very reasonable an You will become a Regular after just one bite. And pretty much anything out the pit is worth trying but don't skip on the sides and dessert. I recommend the charro beans and brisket with hints of their signature house bbq sauce. My go to BBQ place in Midland..

Best brisket in West Texas. Get a piece of the moist and you will not regret it. The price for the brisket is great but the sides will add up fast. They have a condiment table that is self serve which I love. Reminds me of PreCovid luxury that has not returned at most places. The Whittttteeeee Sauce is really good.

I first tried the food truck when our neighborhood had them weekly. I was really sad when they stopped coming due to other engagements. Just recently went to the brick and mortar and got to remember why I missed them. The foods great and different from other local options. Definitely recommend.

What a huge disappointment! I am from Abilene and asked Siri what the best BBQ was in Midland and she sent me a list and this restaurant was the first one on the list with a 4.7 rating. I ordered 1/4 lb sliced brisket to go and told them to "slice it thin". What I received was one single slice about 1/2 inch thick, like you would serve prime rib. I gagged just looking at it. I was already back at my hotel and just chucked it in the trash!
