Pacer Inn & Suites Motel - Motel in Delaware - 259 S Sandusky St, USA

I am a traveling construction worker and often stay in hotels for extended periods of time. I found Pacer inn and suites and stayed there for a month. The room was directly off the parking lot. It was large, updated, clean and no bugs. Housing maintained my room well. Management was friendly and attentive. Very reasonable prices and no hidden fees on checkout. There's a Mexican restaurant, McDonald's, and pizza hut just a short walk away. Downtown Delaware is half a mile away with many great local eateries and shops. Highly recommend and will be my 1st choice when I'm back in the area.

This place was as nearly perfect as could be. I walked in without a reservation and was checked in quickly and very pleasantly for one night. The room was just right for me, well laid out, very clean and fresh, and provided everything I needed including WiFi that worked well. Price was very reasonable. This is a large privately-owned facility that is extremely well done. It is located close to town, the center of which is the campus of Ohio Wesleyan University, so there are numerous small eateries and shops.

Basically, this motel is pretty much the deal of the century based on the very reasonable prices! Rooms are very clean - and the beds are comfortable. Our king bed had at least six pillows - which made lying on a few pillows across the bed very easy and comfortable! (Better than the Hampton Inn we stayed in on the way home, which oily had four. I missed my Pacer pillows!) Room service is only every other day, but then, many hotels (like Hampton Inn) are every other day, too. Right across the street from a Walgreens and next door to McDonalds and pretty much close to everything. Really enjoyed my stay even though I didn't partake in the morning coffee and other continental breakfast-type items available in the morning. Planning to stay every time I have to visit the office.

Very clean, well maintained quiet rooms. A great value for the price. Our room came with refrigerator, microwave, kitchenette it was nice sized. The staff were very pleasant, helpful and friendly.This is quite a hidden gem right in Delaware by Ohio Wesleyan University and 20 to 30 minutes from Columbus, Polaris and Dublin area.

Very Clean, Great location, convenient to Delaware businesses, Friendly staff, Can walk to a dozen restaurants and bars. Seems a little old but very well taken care of. Good Mexican restaurant El Vaquero 50 yds from the hotel.

This motel has been around for decades and changed hands a few times. It developed a bad wrap in the past , but I have to say the present owners have done a nice job a preserving the old 60's era motel, and provide a clean, comfortable place to stay while visiting Delaware. The large rooms are well appointed with furniture and the beds are comfy. Given the inexpensive price, this is the place to stay.

Very quiet hotel in a relatively safe seeming area. The room was a decent size and smelled nicely when we arrived. We did have an issue with the bathroom sink not draining and by the time we woke up in the morning, there was a bit of a funky/damp smell coming from the bathroom. Overall, it's not a bad experience, but there are a few things to take note of.

The rooms are clean and that about as much as I can say. The desk clerk was wonderful and you can’t beat the location of the motel. It’s a good deal for the price. All the restaurants of Delaware are within walking distance. I just wish they had some chairs outside to sit and relax. We kind of felt like we were stuck in our room even though it was a beautiful evening to sit outside.
