This gym is one of the best things to ever happen to me! I would give it a million stars if I could. I’ve never been a gym person, partly because I didn’t want to go and partly because I had no idea what to do once I was there. But P4L has completely changed that! The workouts are tough but fun and I love that I never have to think about what to do because it is all planned out. Josh does an incredible job creating the workouts and motivating everyone throughout each class. And the other trainers are all amazing, too! I look forward to every workout. I am not a morning person AT ALL, so the fact the I will wake up at 5:15 to go to the gym says a lot. But the best part of P4L is the community! It is such an amazing group of people and I have made what I’m sure will be lifelong friends. I am forever grateful for P4L Fitness!

Sad that I’m moving out of state and won’t be able to attend anymore. Hands down the BEST FITNESS PROGRAM I’ve been in over 25 years of working out. 100% recommended to everybody regardless of fitness level. I’ll miss this place for sure.

P4L IS THE BEST! I've never been a gym person prior to joining P4L and it's made me into a believer. However, P4L is different. It's not your average gym where you just hop in to get your quick workout and then leave without talking to anyone. P4L is for sure a family vibe where it's difficult to not make friends. The community is so strong thanks to Josh and his team, who foster such an amazing, encouraging atmosphere. They're flexible with wherever you are in your fitness journey and always so motivating, inspiring and fun! The classes are so worth it and have changed my body and my life! Honestly, I'm a little worried I'll never find a gym/community quite like this elsewhere. 10/10 would recommend!!

The staff and other member of this gym are friendly and welcoming. The workouts are designed to be challenging, but can be adapted to each fitness level. The community is engaging and positive. The gym holds events and challenges that are optional to join, but make the gym-going experience much better. Having been a member of dozens of gyms over the years, this one is definitely the one I want to stick with.

P4L is not just a gym. It's so much more. You'll feel welcomed, encouraged, inspired, motivated, and appreciated. I've lost the weight and kept it off! And I've also gained... strength, confidence, self esteem, knowledge, and friends! Josh and the P4L trainers are incredible! Their workout programs are tailored to your individual needs and abilities! When you go to P4L you are family! Indoor and outdoor workouts available. I have been a member of many gyms over the years, P4L isn’t just a gym. It feels like home. If you want results physically and emotionally.... you need to go to P4L.

This is by far the best gym I have ever joined! I recently moved to Tennessee and I can't find another gym that even comes close to the feeling of community that you will find at P4L Fitness! The coaches are very knowledgeable and everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I truly miss the programming, coaches, and all the friends I made there!

Its hard to express how grateful I am for this gym and the tribe. I joined over a year ago in Jan 2020.... it was quite the year due to Covid and I started for a couple months and then we shut down.... the owner quickly loaned out all the equipment from the gym to all the members and resumed with zoom daily.... He still showed up for us EVERYDAY during prob the most challenging year yet..... who does that! Then resumed in May and has had our backs the entire time while most gyms were still closed. When you join you become family.... yes, the entire gym is a family and everybody cheers everybody on and pushes you out of your comfort zone which is why I am where I am now thx to P4L.... the trainers are amazing!!! They know their members and their needs! The programming is awesome and very detailed so you can see progress! I have been apart of many gyms but WOW P4L goes above and beyond on so many levels.... you def need to go to experience what an amazing place it is! My only regret is not finding it sooner... best decision I made last year! You will not be disappointed!
