Nasty customer "service". Called HQ, guy on the phone didn't introduce himself or the company and acted like he did me a favor by answering the call in the first place. I asked him a simple yes or no question. He began interrogating me with unrelated questions in return while ignoring the reason for my call. Then had the nerve to tell me I wasn't specific enough and instructed me on what to say in future phone calls. Yes/No questions are specific and narrow things down well. Can't imagine why this wasn't good enough for him. Don't care to find out what the rest of their service and interactions are like. Being rude to clients from the first words is not a good way to do business but is a great way to earn a bad reputation.

I did not use the services of this business, but it is in an amazing location and has a convenient parking structure across the street.

Work... Best job I have ever had.
