P1 has been absolutely amazing in helping my young men learn how to properly prepare/preform to the best of their ability throughout our season. The knowledge and attention to detail provided by the training staff has been a major contributing factor to our overall success. The skills learned during our weekly sessions have paid off and has provided us an edge against our competition. I started at P1 almost 7 years ago and never looked back. The skill taught has elevated my game completely on all levels. Also all of the trainers are knowledgeable and can teach very well. I am so much faster stronger and explosive. I can jump out of the gym as well now. If you want to really develop the right way you need to train here I will never trust another gym ever again.
Hands down the best experience I’ve had with a gym and personal trainer! Jacob is awesome at customizing my workouts, tailoring them to my body’s needs in real time. The gym is owned and operated by honest people who do business with integrity. Highly recommend 🙌🏼
Jordan has been training my son for almost 5 years now. He is always on time and extremely professional. One reason I’ve never taken my son elsewhere is Jordan is so personally invested. His team including Zach who my son raves about are knowledgeable and extremely professional. They push and keep things positive building athletes confidence through hard work and results!! Jordan also helped me personally loose 25 lbs. This was life changing. I told him I struggled with diet and he said I will make your meals to get you started! He simply does whatever it takes to get results!!! p1 is outstanding and I highly recommend to any athlete who is serious about results!!!
I worked out with Jordan 4 years ago and it was awesome. I moved away so had to stop but I just recently moved back and finally got back into. Jeff is my trainer now and he is awesome! They don’t make you do the same boring workouts. There’s boxing, basketball and so much more. The P1 team is the best!
I can't say enough good things about P1. Jordan, Zach, and Kimble know their stuff. They're all attentive and maske sure you're getting the most out of the workouts. The trainers are all friendly as well as the other members. Training here is like with family. The workouts are tough and push you but can be tailored to fit your needs. Highly recommend and I'll continue training with them.

Flight Park State Recreation Area is a great, convenient, and scenic place to fly! Shuttles from the bottom back to the top, clean restrooms, economical campsites for tents and rvâs, and scores of friendly, adventurous folks enjoying their sport!
