P.F. Chang's - Chinese restaurant in Baton Rouge - 7341 Corporate Blvd, USA

Food: 6/10, service: 7/10, ambiance: 10/10. I was not thrilled about my shrimp. The rice was just ok. Another place that will require a “do over”. Our server was patient with us.

Stopped in on a Saturday for lunch. The service was decent. Most of the dishes were good, with the exception of the fried rice. Not sure if they changed the recipe. It was definitely not as good as it use to be.

Crab wontons did not taste like any crab wonton I’ve had before, even the sauce on the side was gross and they had no cream cheese. I called and the manager said they in fact do have cream cheese. Maybe this was an off night and somehow all my wontons got missed with the cream cheese. If this is how it normally comes I would suggest adjusting the recipe. My boyfriend even said they were gross.

P.F. Changs was able to accommodate my gluten-free diet prior to closing at 11 one night! They even apologized for the wait and asked to top off my to-go Mr. Pibb! Way to go! I love it! Not to mention they put certified gluten-free soy sauce in the bag! As someone who was working from noon to almost 10 myself I really appreciate the service.

Classy Asian cuisine! We visited P. F. Chang's on a Wednesday around 2:00. The restaurant began fairly empty but got busy very quickly! The crab rangoon was likely the best I've had, and the short ribs were absolutely delicious. Tender, flavorful... highly recommend! The honey chicken and glass noodles were all right but I had to eat the fried rice with shoyu. Marlene was our server, was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. It was a good lunch if a bit overpriced.

Food was delicious, service was great! We had a party of 6 and it went swimmingly. The only thing that I would say I would do different, the fried rice that came with the meal was quite mushy. I would have ordered an entree of fried rice to share with the table. Will definitely be back!

I’m writing this review in hopes that it will help the restaurant do better. I used to love this place! Me, my mother, and aunt came to eat last weekend and the food was terrible. Rice was gummy and mushy.. the chicken was mushy .. we all had the same comments to make on the food. We all agreed that it tasted like a Tv dinner we heated up in the microwave! As we ate we all just kept making reading each other thoughts on the food. It’s just not what it used to be… service was a great. But the food is awful. The chicken should have a crunch and the rice should taste fresh !

Good food, amazingly appreciative service and nice atmosphere! Would definitely come back when I am through this route!!
