P.F. Chang's - Chinese restaurant in Brandon - 827 Brandon Town Center Dr, USA

This is probably the best PF Chang’s I have ever seen been to. I have been in Columbus and Cleveland Ohio, Pittsburgh Pa and this was by far do much better. The food was great, and the service was outstanding. Our server Shawn, was very attentive, and a great guy to talk to. He really took great care of us. When e we were seated the young man and young lady who sat us were also super kind! I highly recommend going to this location.

The food quality went so far downhill that I'd rather eat at Panda express cause for a fraction of the cost I will get better quality and taste than what I got tonight. Ordered take-out family bundle and a bowl of hot and sour soup. The chicken was leftover scraps covered in more bread than there was chicken, both the changs spicy and sesseme, and the lo main I paid extra for was literally spaghetti covered in soy sauce. The $14 bowl of soup is the size of a cup as well. Had I ordered a cup I might have gotten a sauce container of it. I will never order from or eat there again after how terrible this was. My dogs didnt even want to eat it. The one good part of the whole meal was the fortune cookies. 😔

Great and pleasant service! Very accommodating based on requests for changes in reservation. Food was good. Chicken Lettuce Wraps and California rolls were great. Chicken pad Thai could have a little more flavoring as it tasted less than mild. Chang's spicy chicken was not spicy at all and didn't meet expectations. Ambience was great, and wasn't very busy for late afternoon on Sundays.

The Mongolian beef was a surprise! The meat was tender but the edges were crispy, giving it a very nice texture in every bite! The Brussels sprouts were also very good, with the right amount of char and flavor!

Zoey was our waitress and She was phenomenal and her service was even more Phenomenal!!! Thank you Zoey for making my family and myself feel so welcomed and valued as customers. Wish I could give 10 stars❤️❤️ Thank you!!!

First time at this location. I was excited to learn there was a new fish dish on the menu and it was sea bass and it was delicious! Highly recommend it!

Visited this PF Changs location and had a good experience. The service was great and our waitress visited our table frequently to check in. The food was also great, except for a few nuances. We ordered the orange chicken and lo mein, with lettuce wraps to start. The food is pricey in general, especially given the portion sizes. The lettuce wraps were small. The ‘family size’ entrees were also maybe enough to feed one person. The white rice was also way too dry and almost hard. Overall, if you don’t mind paying more for Chinese food, maybe because you were already at the mall, then this restaurant is worth a visit.

My husband and I really enjoy coming to P.F. Chang's and have even made it our go-to spot. The food is always fresh, flavorful & delicious. I enjoy many of their appetizers, but my favorite starter is Crab Wontons. They use real crab meat, unlike other places. Tonight, we tried the Cripy Green Beans for the very first time, which was pretty good, and the Crab Wontons, of course! For our entrée we had the combo fried rice and dynamite roll. The food was just excellent! The staff is very friendly and attentive.
