P.F. Chang's - Asian restaurant in Akron - 3265 W Market St Ste 100A, USA

Our meal here was outstanding! The food and service here is excellent. We had 2 shrimp dishes and they were cooked to perfection. I enjoyed my time here and highly recommend them.

If I could give a 10 I would. I love PF Changs. I like all the food I have ever gotten but I am a huge fan of the hot and sour soup. It was OUTSTANDING! Today we got not only the best food yet, but SUPERB service. Mike was our sever. He was extremely efficient, friendly and very attentive. Any and all servers could learn from him. A wonderful experience overall and can't wait to go back!

Went in for lunch and it was great. Food was amazing. Service was great and we got our food hot and fast. Also had tea that was amazing!

I believe that a restaurant is much more than how the food is. It's a mixture of the people, the area, the culture and the food. I traveled to Akron with my sister and her children yesterday and we stopped at this location on our way back home in Cleveland. I have to tell you, we had an absolutely wonderful experience. I have personally never been at a place and met so many kind people in my life. The hostess was lovely and kind, our server Ian was patient (we had two small children with us who can be a bit much sometimes), knowledgable, helpful and overall a genuinely kind person. The food - my gosh, BLOWN AWAY. It was so delicious!!! It's all family style as well, so you can share and mix-and-match with the whole family. This place truly has something for everyone, and you would be doing yourself a disservice if you never pay them a visit. Thanks to everyone here for giving us a lovely memorable evening and we will definitely make the hour drive to come back soon!

1/10/24 1:30 PM Our food was excellent. Our server IAN was amazing! We were celebrating a birthday. He was more than accommodating. He made sure our group had extra plates& silverware. He gladly helped with dessert. He is an exceptional asset to your restaurant. Our entire table agreed!

Very nice place food was awesome the only reason why I didn't get a five-star is I think for the amount of money that you're paying for these appetizers that you should get more food for that matter for the price drinks were excellent we had the Luxe punch we each had two and they were both consistent which is pretty important

Last night our server Mike preformed an amazing job. I was wholeheartedly impressed with his knowledge of the food industry and professionalism. Mike was also extremely engaging and provided exceptional customer service. Definitely one of the best servers I've had the pleasure of being waited on.
