P.F. Chang's - Chinese restaurant in Denver - 8260 Northfield Blvd Ste 1360, USA

I had the pleasure of being invited for the soft launch of PF Chang’s newest location in Denver tonight. What an amazing time, the wait staff was very well trained, attentive, playful and fun. Despite the pressures of the soft launch everything went perfect. The place creates a great atmosphere and they even gets fancy with the drinks adding a bit of a smoke show to the evening. Food was fantastic, hot and very tasty. The management really seems to have spent the time with the staff to get them well trained - they were all professionals! What a remarkable evening with great food, the training is perfect and the back of house staff did a great job with the meals. You’re going to love this place when you try it.

Food was amazing, service was amazing after we got seated. Our waitress was outstanding. We are glad to see this location open. We had the honey chicken and Chang’s spicy chicken. The texture of the honey crisp chicken was on point, very fluffy and still had the crispy part that tops it off and makes it stand out. Flavor was well balanced. Excellent food, incredible staff. I attended the opening night soft launch and it was very well executed. The staff is helpful, attentive and clearly well trained. The food was as good as I've ever had at a P.F. Chang's - scrumptious! I'd recommend you high tail it to this location, worth it in every way. Ordered a number of different drinks, all were fantastic.

First and foremost, I would like to thank our server, Victoria, she was absolutely amazing and fun! My kids would not stop talking about how awesome she was in the car! The food was phenomenal as well as my coconut mojito and our amazing banana spring roll dessert! I don't have a single complaint! The restaurant is beautiful, and the attention to detail is on point! My kids are already planning our next visit. Everything gets an A in my book, can't forget BOH, either- you ladies and gentlemen made some great dishes! Keep up the good work!

Went opening night and was impressed with service and food. Employees happy to be there makes a nice atmosphere. UPDATE: Had to downgrade as we ordered takeaway for lunch. Bill came to over $80, no drinks or alcohol. Left the 3 of us hungry. Portions were very small, while price was high. C'mon PFC, one or the other. Will have to pause our visits. Perhaps return to the Lone Tree location.

Super fun ! Sarah was great and friendly and energetic! Food was great and perfect it was grand opening so a free dessert was a treat to us. We did kinda feel a little rushed by the crew but i think they were just excited. Thanks for a great date night.♡

Visited Saturday - December 2nd, had reservations at 5:15 for a party of 2. Upon arriving I told the hostess my reservation information and she could not hear me, the tone she used was rather blunt so my first impressions were not the best. The music was way too loud, It kind of gives a happy hour/club vibe rather than a restaurant. Plus this location is much smaller than other locations I’ve visited, we were seated at a table which was very uncomfortable. Our server was nice and patient. I ordered the crispy honey chicken with lo mein and a Shirley temple to drink. Drink was amazing, I would give the honey chicken a 4 out of 10…the inside was mushy. I had to send back my lo mein because it was flavorless, I was asked did I want to try anything else. I asked for fried rice, the rice tastes burnt. I took 2 bites, boxed the leftovers which I didn’t eat at home. I was told the lo-mein would not be added to my bill and yes they did remove it. In fact, I got my whole meal for free for the inconvenience. So that was very unexpected and appreciative. I would give it another try based on my treatment besides the hostess’ attitude.

Our server Sarah was absolutely amazing. She was attentive, fun, and gave us a wonderful dining experience. We had a large party celebrating Birthdays and they did a wonderful job recognizing it with sparkler candles, birthday card and delicious dessert. Appetizers and main course was delicious as well. At the end Sarah was making to go boxes for us and splitting our checks with ease. We will definitely be back.
