P.F. Chang's - Chinese restaurant in Chesterfield - 1295 Chesterfield Pkwy E, USA

Thank you Max for your service!!! I arrived with a rather large party to celebrate a birthday. The wait was longer than expected to be seated but it was no fault to the restaurant staff. I’m not a big fan of PF Changs menu but I’m always willing to try something new. Our waiter Max took care of my party with great efficiency and enthusiasm. He recommended the dish I will now get when I return (Singapore Street Noodles and lettuce wraps). The one thing that stood out was his communication about how the PF Changs process like sharing rice works(hence the lazy Susan) and updates on how much time remained for our food. The food was pretty good and since I requested a spicy dish Max brought a side of chili sauce as the restaurant doesn’t make really spicy entrees. I’ll have to remember this place for my next party. Thank you to the entire restaurant staff (especially the unseen cooks).

Rose was my server and did an amazing job! I wanted vegetarian and wanted yo add extra veggies and she went out of her way to make sure I got what I wanted!! Exceptional service!

1 star is too much for the food. Was so siked about going and ordered "to go". Did not get my Salmon with my Caesar, which I later called and was told it was removed from my card. I have not been able to verify that yet, and that is ok, but the food, no excuse. It should be perfectly executed ever time, please explain to me how spring rolls can be flavorless. i have been in the food business a very long time, eaten many places and you guys were my one of my "go to's" but I am reconsidering. The glass noodles tasted like nothing but sesame seed oil and very oily with chicken jerky, very little veggies or noodles. I wish I would have taken a photo of it but I did the spring rolls b/c I am not complaining in an attempt to "get something". You seriously need to fix it b/c if I was the manager, I would. I hope your establishment has not decided to join everyone else and begin to accept being just mediocre. I ordered the spring rolls, salmon caesar and glass noodle entree. The staff seemed great and based solely on them would have been higher but the food was the issue here.

We are order noodles, dry fry, and soup, but all items are the same taste and very, very sour. It's so expensive. The atmosphere and music are good. They will provide drinks as well.

I had a delightful time at PF Changs tonight. I went with a friend for her birthday. Our server Pannipa was wonderful. We got a special dessert for my friends birthday. She has celiac disease and they were extremely accommodating. The food was delicious as well! Would recommend!

At first coming in they were very busy. We waited a little while to get a waiter but as soon as we did, he took care of us and gave me and my wife the best first experience ever! His name was Trey, and he was very attentive and very professional. The food was PERFECT all the way to the dessert! Will definitely be returning back. Thanks again Trey, and keep up the good work. You deserve a raise!

Our waitress Pannipa was great! She was running at least 4 tables by herself and was on time. She did a great job! The food was probably some of the best orange chicken I’ve had compared to other restaurants. Thank you guys!

This is our anniversary place and we have not been for a few years. We sat at the bar. We had a wonderful dining experience. The food was amazing and our service by Jeremy and Jenna made me wonder why we do not come here more often. They truly made this one of the best dining experiences we have had in awhile.
