I wish they had more collection of brands on the laptop section. the staff is very friendly and helps you to the proper limit. they don't try to upsell stuffs unnecessarily, that's the best part. The interior is quite spacious and gives customer the opportunity to. roam about and select from their range of options.
You get to compare products and also test them when possible. We bought an AC from there, the staff helping us was Mr. Abu. He's a fantastic person with excellent communication skills.
I came in today to buy a speaker for my family cookout. Derek was very helpful and let me know I was pre-approved for a pc Richard’s credit card. I declined but got the item I was looking for. I highly recommend the Baychester location.

I had bought an Ac last year and I literally only used it for 3 months and now today with this heat I tried turning it on and it doesn’t work. I called the store and they referred me to the repair department and I called multiple times and they would end the call. I called the store and they told me to come in and I would be able to get a replacement due to the fact the company I bought my ac had a warranty. I go in and the man tells me I have to buy their warranty in order to get a new Ac which made no sense considering the fact Frigidaire already comes with a warranty. I did not have the time to argue since it is very hot and I bought the warranty. I feel like they took advantage of the situation and one thing I wanna point out is that they “help you out” only if you give them a review and 99% of the time it’s them writing the reviews. If you look at the pictures the Ac is still new and it still even has the plastics on it. The supposed replacement they gave me has a dent on the back and I just noticed it once I got home. Literally the worst!🤦🏻♀️
