This review is long overdue. I recently moved into my first apartment and went to this location to get a refrigerator and stove only. I walked out with those items plus so much more. I felt comfortable to purchase more items because of Roy. He stood with me from the beginning of my trip to end and gave excellent customer service and advice. After setting everything up in my home, I decided I wanted to do an exchange for one of the items I purchased and hoped to see Roy again since I felt comfortable with him. When I went back, he wasn’t there, but I was immediately greeted by Rich. I wasn’t sure of the exact product I needed but Rich figured it for me and helped me out with any all questions I had. I think these two employees are a great assets and a great reflection of the team based on my two separate interactions. Thanks for all of your help!

I was indecisive about which TV to buy and sales rep JWest was very patient and knowledgeable about TV products. He also worked diligently to try to fit my budget while meeting the TV needs of my family and I. I am very satisfied with the service I received from JWest at the Elmont location and very pleased with the products I purchased.

Manager Clarel was very helpful. As soon as I walked in was greeted and the door. Offered great insight and I was in and out with exactly what I needed as he was very knowledgeable about the product. I recommend this location.

Came here looking for AC and Sharon was the best. She is so experienced and takes her time to get you what you need. Will be back for sure in future for my electronic needs.
