Ozeki Ramen & Sushi Izakaya - Japanese restaurant in Southlake - 432 Grand Ave W, USA

We went to the restaurant hoping that there would be good ramen. We were blown away with the service and food while there! We were sat quickly and food was ready within mere minutes of us ordering. The staff were splendid and cared for us well. The food was beyond what we were expecting, in flavor, size, and display. We will definitely be going back!

I LOVED the sushi. We also got the steamed bun pork appetizer and it was truly delicious. The wait staff was excellent as well. It was so close to a 5 star, the spicy tuna roll wasn't as savory as I was hoping but it was still good! I can't wait to go back and try the ramen.

One of the worst "Japanese Restaurant" I have visited in a long while. 1. Staffs and their service are great - 5 Stars 2. Food - if I can give 1 Star I would. - ramen (huge bowl) - but soup is warm not hot. Ingrediances are subpar. - unagi rice bowl - slice unagi tasted like they are from walmart. Worst quality for 33 bucks 🤮. - chicken karage rice bowl - tasted like KFC's popcorn chicken with japanese sweet sauce. - spider rolls - tasted awful, it was cut uneven ranging from 0.5cm to 4cm thick. Wasabe was from a tube and tons of sauce on it. 3. Price - costed me 134 dollars for an awful experience. But...... Maybe I visited at a wrong time cos there were great reviews for them..

First visit here and this place did not disappoint. Started off with Takoyaki, ball shaped with octopus. I cannot recall the main course i ordered but i think it was the Nagasaki Seafood Ramen but i don't recall carrot or bean sprout. Ended with Matcha Mont Blanc. Everything was delicious and the staff was very attentive. Went with a friend and sadly did not take pics of his.

My partner and I came here tonight for the first time. It was amazing! The food is wonderful, the service is amazing, the atmosphere is cozy, it became an instant favorite. I cannot wait to come back!

So good! The portions are HUGE! Shared a roll between two people and each got ramen, I couldn’t finish it but it was all so good !! I’m definitely coming back :) the staff was also so friendly!

The food was very good. Unfortunately the restaurant is tattered and dirty. However they do clean their kitchen floors with bleach water at 8:01pm. In front of the guest table. Bothered my eyes so much we had to take our food to go. Will not return

One of my favorite ramen places in DFW! Everything is so delicious! The owner is incredibly friendly and always makes it a great experience. Love this place! 🍜🍜
