Ozark Courts Motel - Featured Reviews (11)
Me and my friend randomly planned spontaneous girls trip from Ohio to Hot Springs and didn’t realize our trip fell on a busy Holiday for the local area. We had called 20 places on our list but either they weren’t within our budget or they were booked. I’m so glad the owner called us back letting us know she had a room available. Little did we know upon arriving that Ozark Courts Motel was a little hidden gem! Immediately upon arrival we were greeted and admiring the nostalgic energy of this motel. It similarly resembled one of our favorite motels back home. Parking was easy and convenient. Our room was absolutely groovy. Extremely clean and neat. As women traveling we felt safe here. This is definitely a place I would come back to time and time again and would recommend 10 out of 10. The location is convenient to downtown Hot Springs close to Bathhouse Row and all that downtown has to offer.
Charming, quiet, clean, cozy motel within walking distance to busy Central Ave. The owner, Donna, is very accommodating and friendly and makes each room feel like home. This motel has a lovely European feel to it and is a nice break from the chain hotels. This is our new favorite place to stay in Hot Springs, we will definitely be back.
This is certainly a quirky place. Donna was very thoughtful and takes pride in the establishment. I came here from Dallas with my boyfriend for a weekend getaway. Donna seemed a bit confused that two men would rent a room with one bed. I finally had to say, "He's my boyfriend. You can legally deny us lodging in Arkansas, but I'd hoped this wouldn't be an issue." And it wasn't. Upon departure I forgot my iPad, she called, I emailed her a prepaid label and had it back by the end of the week. Thanks Donna! :-)
Ozark Courts is a charming, privately owned motel in Hot Springs. Each room has its own theme. There are amenities for coffee and cooking with some units that have a complete kitchen.|Very reasonably priced! Excellent location for downtown and the hot spring bath houses as well as close to the casino and race track.| There is a small court yard for guests to gather and share their stories. Free parking.| The proprietress is a charming and energetic hostess .| If you are tired of the chains, this is the place for you.
You should never have to argue with a lodging business about the forecast weather in order to get the heat turned on (which actually never came on) and then when you go out to eat you’re told the heats being turned off while your out. The room was clean, cheap uncomfortable mattress, the water to the toilet was turned off, the fridge was turned off as well. I think for $80.00 (cash only) you shouldn’t have to turn on water to use the toilet and certainly not be cold. I definitely would never stay again.
Oh man. Do not book this place even if it is the only place left in town as it was for us. We accidentally planned our trip for the same weekend as a huge horse race, so we wound up here.||||I've stayed in some cheap places in the past that had some subpar reviews. I figure there are always some people who don't understand that you get what you pay for, and maybe that was, to some extent, the case here, but please know that it was disgusting and the owner has zero boundaries.||||The refrigerator was full of food and it the smell of old vegetables permeated the entire room. There was a wilted lettuce leaf in the kitchen sink and old dip spit in the bathroom sink. We're pretty sure someone was living there.||||Arkansas is great for riding bikes (bicycles), right? So we brought our bikes. They're nice bikes. They were locked to our car when we arrived, so we got checked in, then ran out to grab some food, then came back to bring the bikes inside for the night. Donna, the lovely owner with no boundaries, then stopped us as we were bringing them inside and told us "no, that they go over there" and pointed to an outdoor area where we could lock them for the night. I told her they were absolutely going in the room with us for the night. She asked where we would put them. I told her we would figure it out, that we have figured it out in the past. She then barged into our room and insisted on putting them where she wanted them. We left a day early because we were downright afraid of her after that!
So clean, so reasonable and Donna is the epitome of hospitality. Just like staying in an apt. for a night. Kitchenette, big beds, fridge and plenty of hot water. Really great place!
Ozark Motel is a nice old world family run place near downtown and the Famous DeLucas Brooklyn style Italian Restauranti
We had a perfect stay! Stayed here on our drive from Texas to Indiana for the holidays, and it was perfect for our needs. Room was small but cozy and clean. It was really quiet, seemed like we had the place to ourselves. Super close to the main drag
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Reserve at Hot Springs. The house was absolutely stunning. If you're a fan of historical homes, do not miss out on this one! I loved the original features of the home, from the grand staircase and transom windows
Quick, easy, no traffic, 15 minute parking right by. The water is hot so be careful. Like hurts hot. Especially in the summer. We filled our jug and just let it cool. The water is flavorless, didnât have any issues with it.
OMG this was so much fun, I am glad we were able to make it in. Robots and theme are so cute and it was great fun to watch them and listen to their dialogue. Waffles on a stick are AMAZING and the ones with ice cream are AWESOME too, I loved both i
