If I couldn’t would give this place 10 stars ⭐️! We stayed in Jasper on a vacation and we ate every meal here breakfast and supper! The service was amazing and the food was first class all the way! The breakfast was delicious and large portions, got to try the biscuits and chocolate gravy 😉! Everything we ate was good and the building is full of old history! They have a well stocked salad bar as well as a gift shop. Please stop in and eat here you won’t be sorry, we enjoyed every meal and the staff were so friendly!

We ate lunch here. I had a Ruben sandwich and my wife had a chicken strip sandwich with potato salad. I liked my Ruben but I must say it was very greasy. The chicken strips were good but the potato salad was not that great. The service was good and the location was convenient. Prices were a little high for a sandwich. Hence 4 stars. Still I would come back. Recommended.

An absolute gem in Jasper! This place has been open well over 100 years and the food and atmosphere are great. We ate there more than a few times while we stayed up that way. Everytime we got something it was absolutely delicious! Will definitely be going back in the near future !

This was a fun place on the square to eat. Atmosphere was busy and constantly moving people in and out. We came at 2 and there was still a wait. Food.... I got the burger with hand cut fries. By the time I added cheese, bacon, and the up charge for the hand cut fries...I had a $18 burger in a small town cafe. But....it was salty, meaty, and good. Patty wasn't thing, it was a good thick amount. My friend got the grilled chicken. Salad bar comes with entrees. Alot of people were ordering shakes, so you might want to grab one of those if you were a shake lover. Service... I gave this 3 stars because we had to wait for the hostess to erase and write and erase and write and organize her hostess stand to find out there was a wait. But she was nice and told us two in front. We elected to sit at the bar. I highly DO NOT recommend this. They were setting everything on the bar in front of us like straws and then filling the straws. I feel like the bar top was more of a server station than a place for you to sit at. Our server did her job, but wasn't above and beyond. So for me, that's a 3 star. It meets standards, but not a 5 star above and beyond. Looks like they might have bands in the evenings on one section. There were 3 sections to the restaurant. They have breakfast and I read a sign that in 2017, they were voted one of the top restaurants in America for biscuits and gravy. So ....if you are a breakfast lover...might want to check this out.

What a great stop on our cruise around Arkansas! Such a cool place, with tons of atmosphere and history! The service was great and the food was amazing. We'll add this to our "Must Stop" list for every trip through here!!

Been here a few times, on this trip we came during peak season for tree colors and the place was packed at lunch time. Once we got a table we were quickly met by our server and started the process of ordering. I had the bacon cheeseburger and chips. The cheeseburger was excellent, seasoned well with great bacon. I also had the peach cobbler for dessert and it was very good, maybe a little dense but very good. We will always stop here while driving through.

Driving through the Ozarks and saw Man vs Food made a stop at the Ozark Cafe. We had to check it out. Glad we did. Very cool little restaurant. Our server was Rylee Ray and she was amazing and very tentative. We started with the chicken tenders and they were delicious and juicy. Then the Volcano Burger arrived and it was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. If you like cheese and beef, get here somehow and slip into nirvana while savoring every bite. You will get to enjoy an amazing drive along 7 as well. Win Win! Come out and support local restaurants and avoid chains. I highly recommend this place!

The cabin we rented down the road from Jasper had a copy of the menu for The Ozark Cafe. It looked amazing so we tried it out... and then we ate there at least 4 times on our 5 day vacation! They have been in business since 1909 and every thing on the menu that we tried was absolutely DELICIOUS. All of the staff were very friendly and my son has said he will never be able to eat another hamburger again because it would not compare. (A tip: order the buffalo burger - no longer on the menu but if you order they will make it. Deep fried hamburger dipped in buffalo sauce topped with cheese and house ranch - your life will be changed forever!)

New location is spacious and nicely decorated. Food was delicious and if you want to enjoy a signature Prime Rib dinner (not on the menu), you better get there by 4 pm. Owner is a very nice fella, stops by and interacts with patrons.

One of the most beautiful places in the Ozark’s right here in little ol’ Jasper. This place is so easy to access. I’ve swam, fished, hiked and been down the river on a canoe here. Picnic tables located in the shade and bathrooms nearby. Pleas
