To the lady who just called about my stay this last weekend, here is the review. The first room was dirty, dirty sheets, dirty curtains, did not look anything like the pictures! We went to the front desk and got a different room. This one was 2 full beds instead of the king paid for. This one was a bit cleaner, however, the bedspread had stains on it as did the curtain still. The water was not hot at all. The first night I got to take a cold shower. The second night we let it run until it was warm enough to use. But no where close to hot. The cleaning staff came in to straighten the room. They did not replace any cups or stir sticks. The microwave had water from the ice bucket on it. Guess the bucket had a crack in it? When we came back to the room, there was white stuff all over the microwave. I did not use the ice bucket after that. Speaking of ice, the machine nozzle had to be pulled out, then pushed in just the right way or nothing would come out. Doors, the handle to the outside door was not correct. You had to lift it up in place, use the key, then quickly push the handle all the way down to open the doors. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the beds were surprising comfortable. (after taking the stained bedspread off) No bedbugs, thank God! We were gone most of the day and only spent an hour or so in the room before going to bed. If this is your case, not horrible...not awesome! If you spend a few more dollars, you will get a pool, breakfast, coffee, and much cleaner, updated rooms. Which is what I will do next time.

My husband and I stayed here the last day of August. Check in is smooth. The hotel in general is run down and pretty outdated. Our bathroom was pretty horrible. We had to let the shower run for nearly 30 minutes to get lukewarm water. The entire hotel is poorly cared for. The employees I think live on-site and were EXTREMELY rude to us! First they acted like they did not understand me... then I relayed to them in Spanish that I needed towels.... to be told that there were no towels for my room. I had to call the front desk and have the attendant bring us some towels... she also tried to cop out and say that the cleaning AND laundry ladies just didn't understand me.... which is a lie. MY FIRST LANGUAGE IS SPANISH....they just didn't want to go get the towels.....LAZY! The location is ok... this is located in a small town so it's near everything but then again so are all the other hotels where the racist and rude staff are not there. Also the employees hang out in the hallways and at the end of the building breezeway at very late hours at night...not creepy or anything. In all... in a bind and last resort this hotel will get you through the night but for more than that other hotels are next door on both sides of this one that have nicer rooms.... WITH TOWELS....AND EVEN BREAKFAST.... just remember you get what you pay for. My advise for OYO keep the front desk person she is nice, BUT seriously reconsider replacing current cleaning staff or other employees that do not want to actually do their job. And that do not disturb the peace of the customers. We come to Dodge City from Denver once a month and will not be staying here ever again. Just my humble opinion.

I only gave a two-dot review because the front desk guy was nice. Otherwise, they get one. This place is dirty. Not like someone needs to run the vacuum, it's really dirty. There was blood on the curtain. There was a smell that defied identification. It was not a food smell or BO or mold, just a bad smell. There had apparently been some sort of issue with the plumbing and the shower is tiled so they went through the wall next to the bed, then just screwed some masonite over the big hole. There was also a big dent in the wall next to the masonite and some wallpaper (?) that had been painted was peeling. The lock to get into the hallway did not work very well, I had to try it several times before it worked, while I was carrying my stuff. There were a lot of people hanging out in the parking lot, which didn't make me feel very safe so I didn't leave the room to get food. I understand that the vast majority of people are just trying to live their lives, but a couple of them were looking at me weird when I moved my vehicle from the office to the room. I reserved the room through Hotel Tonight. I have had great success with that app in the past so this is not the norm for them.

OYO is a place to stay if you have a tight budget. No frills, pretty minimal service, no hair dryer in room, get one from the office. Clean but in disrepair, lots of workers stay here and hang out in the breezeway between the buildings, no problems with them, they need someplace to go and smoke and drink beer. Is it a safe place to stay, I would say yes. I doubt if I’ll stay there again, I want something a litter bit better.

Absolutely terrible experience! I booked a hotel for an employee of mine. My employee no-showed (I still don't know why, I haven't heard from them). So, on the 3rd day I called the hotel to cancel the remaining reservation as I now knew they were no longer going to show up to this job. They said it's their policy to not cancel or refund no-shows. I had 9 days left on my reservation. I can't change it, I can't give it to anyone, I can't get my money back. I only wanted to cancel the remaining days. Horrible policy, horrible customer service. I'll never do business with OYO again.

Worst hotel ever. Room wasn't clean, smells funky, weird people around hotel, people smoking drugs outside, not a very safe environment and front lady charged me another $20 cash fee because I had my other daughter with me. She was just rude as hell. The bedding sheets were nasty and dirty. Worst room ever. Didn't last not even 10 minutes on that nasty room. Tried to get my money back, but I couldn't.

Positive: The location was good Negative: Room was rough there was duct tape on the torn curtains letting light in. Lots of unfinished repairs started in room. I¿m not real picky so it was a place to crash for the night. Just being honest for other customers not a 3 star but for $--- it worked Negative: ""

Don't believe the pictures. The hotel is the worst in town. Very dirty! Felt very unsafe! Stains on the pillow, toilet had floaties. Tried to complain and get refunded but the owner would not. I ended up moving. I just couldn't do it! There are alot of other options in town to stay. Update. Tried to get resolution from the owner. He said I used the room. I pulled the blankets back to check for bed bugs and seen the pillow cases with stains on them. That was it for me. Went to talk to the owner and he would not credit my room.

Dog friendly. The pizza was some of the best we have ever had. Our kids love this place! We tried the beer flight which came in a cupcake like tin and every glass was different so you get to try different beers. They all were great!

The best Mexican grocery I’ve ever been to. Was on the way to Phoenix and needed a late lunch. The tortillas are perfect and they have quite few protein/veggie options to load into the tortillas. You can’t go wrong with anything they serve

This was one of the best museums I have ever visited, although I may be somewhat biased as I am obsessed with the wild West. The interactive displays were fun and informative, the information and artifacts were extensive, and you could tell the staff
