Everything was great only complaints are they don't serve any kind of breakfast I mean they could offer coffee And donuts if nothing else and I asked for. A microwave that worked instead of the broke one that was in my room and they told me they would have it right in and 3 days later I had to go ask the maintenance guy David and tell him what happened and he had it replaced and in there fast other than that everything was great 👍

I have been here for the last 5 weeks: Pros: Friendly and very cooperative staff. David is really a hard working individual. Rooms has everything a hotel room would have and it’s clean. Cons: The emergency exits are not recommended to use; they need to be cleaned. Internet is okay but sometimes you lose connections. Some rooms are more quiet than others. Note I tried multiple. AC in some rooms are better than others. That’s it so far. I will update if needed

Positive: Nothing. Horrible hotel. Negative: The sheets had obvious blood and body fluid stains. There was a roach in the sheets as well. Hallways were horribly loud and the air conditioning in the lobbies and hallways was never turned on. Carpets in the room were dirty and coming unglued. Lysol!!!!

This is buy far the best Hotel in the Brazosport area. The staff provides exceptional service for there customers. Jay is awesome individual and it shows the way he treats his staff and the people staying in the Hotel. The actually care and help the people as much as they can staying there. David at the front desk is awesome he will literally give the shirt off his back to the people in need. The environment is awesome, the prices are very affordable, the rooms are very spacious, clean, smell good, and the beds are very comfortable. If you are in the Brazosport area for business or visiting the Beach which is literally 15 minutes away, make sure you stay here. The hotel was wonderful and the staff was lovely. The booking process in the phone was not the best you are not connected to the hotel however your call is sent to a call center where you can hardly understand what the reps are saying and the one I spoke with was very rude. However the employees at the hotel made the stay wonderful!!!

Excellent place to stay near Surfside and Freeport Beach. Conveniently located close to the beach, and close to the Mall and Restaurants. Always the most affordable price. Every room has a fridge, freezer, and microwave. The staff treat you like family. I always stay there when I go to the beach.

Quick to call the law for no apparent reason during a hurricane emergency logging got money for 12 days from the fema and then kicked us out and trespassed us to not go back but billed fema when my stay was only 2 days they charged the government an invoice of over 1000

Was very pleased with the place for the price. Front desk is very helpful and friendly. Super accommodating. Would absolutely stay here again.
