OYO Hotel Texarkana North Heights AR Hwy I-30 - Hotel in Texarkana - 4012 N State Line Ave, USA

As soon as we got to the room I saw 5 flies just in the window. When I stepped in I heard 2 smoke detector beeps and opening the drawer 3 bugs rolled out. The bathroom door was blocked off and the room scorching hot. The pool was green and I see why now there was only 2 cars parked.

Owners are completely rude and very ambitious for money. Rooms are dirty, mold on showers, no cold water. Cockroaches EVERYWHERE. Was told a certain price for weekly stay and got charged $52 more. Don’t recommend staying here

The rooms are dirty and moldy, I was treated so bad over there and they wouldn’t give me my deposit back. There were people doing/selling drugs in the parking lot all night . The manager and his wife threatened to call the police on me. His wife actually tried to fight me lol it was a hot mess . DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Absolutely horrible. The room was nasty and very filthy. There was roaches climbing up the walls and the floor was so nasty. The showers were moldy and so much scum and mildew on them. The lamps were broken and none functional. Just disgusting.

Great value for the rate if booked thru the oyo app. Bed was comfortable, quiet, front desk person was professional. Minor blemishes within the room but for the price you can't beat it! Definitely will return.

Don’t expect your deposit back. Expect roaches. Bed bugs. Rude service. Just all around a waste of money to go here. Even if your AC is out in your home the 100+ degree heat in that home is better than this place.

This room was nothing like you expect I specifically put smoking and got none smoking. There was no hot water, the cable stopped working, they never brought clean towels, the air conditioning would not get cold and the idea of bedding was sheets

For the price we received thru the oyo app you can't find a better rate. The room had minor blemishes, for a smoking room with pets aloud we were amazed no odor. Quiet, comfortable bed.
