This place was horrible! When we arrived, there was nobody on the reception table and had to wait 20 minutes for someone to attend. After getting the keys, we went to our room and the first thing we saw was a pile of water on the floor. We were unsure why it was there and wiped it off with bathroom rug. Later we realized that the water was leaking from the AC. The bathroom was also not cleaned we found two dead cockroaches under the toilet bowl and the towels had hairs on them. We requested a room change which they did provide the next day. The room downstair was slightly better (no AC leak) but the towel is still dirty. We ended getting new towel from Walmart which is across the street. Also forgot to mention there was bed bugs and spider so be extremely careful before you take off your clothes. I got bitten by some insects all over my back because I took my clothes off when I sleep. In a nutshell, I would not come back to this place and would pay more for comfort and ease of mind.

They lied to me when I made the reservation. I called and specifically asked for a room with an in room jacuzzi or jetted tub. The lady I spoke to said they have that and it's a 3 bedroom suite. I said that's fine. When I arrived to this rundown roach motel I checked in and went to the room...no jacuzzi. I went back to the front desk and she said that's not what you booked. I said that is specifically what I booked and it was my only request. She refused to take the key back or refund me. I left the key and left the motel. I called customer service who gave me the runaround for 2hrs and hung up on me several times. They still haven't refunded me. I wouldn't recommend this hotel or company to ANYONE ever.

This was an extremely disappointment if I could give this place a 0star I would. There was running water that you couldn’t turn off and roaches in the the room. When you turn the AC on it smelled like straight smoke. The bed was gross and uncomfortable. When we asked to switch rooms they said no that they couldn’t switch rooms. I asked for a refund for us to find somewhere else to stay and she sad it was a $35 cancellation fee which I get but then she still charged me for a day when we were there for 10 minutes that was extremely disappointing in my opinion they should have refunded me the whole charge and not charge us for the cancellation.

Do not book— I don’t know how anyone can rate this positively. The lobby was under Construction, receptionist had her child there and wasn’t very friendly, my initial room couldn’t even lock so I was relocated, that one the AC wasn’t on initially, bed not made, no toilet paper, a punched hole in wall, tons of flies in the room, crappy pillows, stains on sheets, just totally unwelcoming and terrible, smelled so strong of weed. It’s a budget hotel but that’s no excuse for the total lack of care. Online pictures totally misleading.

If I could, I'd give this place zero stars. The reception area looked abandoned, and the Indian receptionist woman was rude and seemed to make excuses about our booking but after some back-and-forth, we finally checked in. The room wasn't very clean and it was extremely noisy with a shared locked door to another room that made us feel unsafe. We decided not to stay even one night and left. I don't recommend this place at all!

This place is absolutely disgusting, stains on EVERYTHING, Towels, couches, the door was jammed & they just gave us another key, customer service was trash, & room was not even stocked with tp or enough shampoo/ conditioner for the people its supposed to fit. It smelled like wet carpet & there's no carpet. Didn't even stay they full booking it was horrible. This place deserves a fat 0 🤢

Positive: Absolutely nothing Negative: It was horrible. The bathroom had holes in the ceiling. The towels had stains on them. It was just the worst hotel stay I've ever experienced

When I went in the room there were gnats by the bed. I tried to call the front desk from the room phone wouldn’t connect to them. Tried to watch tv it was blurry. Went to complain to front desk she said well the tv was working. I told her I just walked in the room so what u tryna say. Then about the gnats she said she couldn’t do nothing about it so offered me another room. I said I wanted this room cuz of the jetted tub just check on the tv. I’ll be back. Went back to the room the key card didn’t work. When I told her this she said rudely don’t put the card with the phone. I told her clearly the phone can’t fit into my pouch with the card so don’t assume. There was also only 1 bathing towel. And dirty cleaning towels left inside. Also no one ever came to fix the tv and haven’t gotten my deposit back yet. So definitely poor service. Clearly will not return
