I'm temporarily in the Richfield Utah area. Caught a cold and needed a few days rest. I met the owner upon check in. Found him to be a nice kind man his name is Kiran.| The lobby was exceptionally clean looked like it was remodeled recently.|They have a continental Breakfast that is fully adequate. The Rooms were surprisingly very clean, good TV channel menu, had a workable phone to make local calls, good size clean bathroom tub and shower, microwave and a bigger mini fridge that was clean. Also a full size table and two chairs. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.||I've seen other motels in the area that are bit as decent as this one nor as clean as this place. The price is exceptionally reasonable and affordable as well.||I would give this trip advisers top 5 point rating. Exceptional value to the budget minded traveler who wants a clean comfy place to stay while passing through or visiting the Richfield area.|The front Desk guy Dave is a decent man and helpful. It appears over all that the owner of this place does a good job. Maintaining this place and gives exceptional service at a very reasonable price.||Bottom line, I highly. Recommend this place for the traveler. Stop in and stay here at the nights inn

With all the other hotels booked for the Memorial Day weekend, we came across the Night Inn. Normally we would not consider an older hotel but in our case beggars could not be choosers. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the rooms even though they were dated a bit. The prices were very good considering the holiday weekend as well. Our group was a bit large but the manager on duty gave us a break even though the numbers were over what they would consider adding an additional charge for. Breakfast was as good as any other chain hotel. Our experience was a good one...

When ownership changed our monthly rate increased for 2 VERY shabby rooms to $1,800/month! 😡 Rates are supposed to lower towards winter. Coming from someone who managed motels/hotels for years in the past, I'm assuming these people have never managed or owned a (motel) in their lives, but residential law in Utah automatically is established when someone has been in a motel longer than 30 days. In all technicality, we should be paying no more than $500/room/month as we are not receiving amenities! 3 impromptu rate increases within a month! Our pets are registered yet they're charging $100/pet each month! Don't bother coming here if you want sleep. Won't happen. The people they let in are absolutely disrespectful. Plus we have seen roaches in the room since they had a group of Hispanic workers come into the motel, never had an issue before. Non-smokers get absolutely no respect. Have literally gotten no peace since being here.

We were a group of people who took several rooms. Originally it was for three nights, but we ended up leaving after one night.||||I have mixed feelings writing this review. At first I wasn't going to post; however, I use Tripadvisor reviews a lot, and decided I owe it to other travelers.||||Yes, it is cheap. And what made it difficult to decide to review was that the owner is really a great guy. The group leader knows this man and wanted to support his hotel because of his good heart. That good heart allows people with no place to stay to stay at this hotel. So here are "some" of the things that made us decide to move to another hotel:||*Blood in the bathroom and room||*Beds half made||*Opened the dresser draw and their were clothes in it||*Two young ladies went to Walmart to purchase sheets because they could not lay on the sheets that were there||*Every room had a No Smoking sign, yet the rooms all reeked of cigarette smoke||*The wash cloths were see through, like gauze||*Chair that should have been in the room was outside with a cigarette hole in it||*A couple went to their room to find the room already occupied||*People that tried to use the toilets, but had to clean them first, or toilets that did not flush||*Air conditioner that did not work||*The pool had logs over the top of it||*The couple who stood outside the room smoking and loudly arguing all night||*Some of the group set chairs against the door||*I woke the next day with a bug bite on my cheek||*Hair on the bathroom towel||*The hotel only supplies a roll, or in several cases, a half roll of toilet paper (the homeless takes them).||||I think the owner needs to decide if he wants to run a hotel or a shelter. Or, perhaps designate a certain area of the hotel for the homeless. But, you cannot say there are smoke free rooms when people are allowed to smoke in them. Blood cannot be left in bathrooms and rooms. Clothes cannot be left in dressers. Bed sheets need to be clean.||||Our group was willing to support this local business in Richfield. But, I think travelers should know what they are getting into. There are other hotels in Richfield that are much better.

Great accommodations for a good night's rest. Very clean. Smelled fresh. I like the set up and bathtub/ shower is a nice size and stood out to me. Great price offered when I called on the way, which helped me choose here. Non-smoking (all rooms are non-smoking). 2 adults/ 2 kids. Exactly what I need & perfect for a rest after a very long drive. Front desk manager (owner I think) was very nice and helped us find a good dinner. Only cons: a stained washcloth - smelled clean, but stained. Continental breakfast is only 3 types of cereal + juice, & coffee Wifi didn't work. (front desk told me there may be an issue ahead of time.) The cons don't affect my rating much - since the place was great overall, on a budget. I am very pleased. Highly recommend.

The Nights Inn is a budget motel and makes no effort to suggest otherwise.||||The motel is ageing and in need of some care and attention but overall it is what it is, reasonably comfortable, well located inexpensive accommodation that is OK for an overnight stay. ||||Our room had two queen beds and was reasonably spacious. Cleanliness was OK but a little paint and a general refresh was needed - but at the price point I suggest it is unlikely in the immediate future. The room was set well back from the street and reasonably quiet.||||Breakfast however was basic and hardly worth the effort.

Stay here just overnight each year on our way to Vegas ... always get great service... Can't beat the $$$!||Some people that looked like weekly residents hanging around outside were concerning but they finally went inside. Was quiet. Towels were cleaned but stained. Again, just fine to stop for the night & head out first thing in the morning. The Internet was fine & we were across the parking lot from the office.

The lobby of this older motel is on the main drag but the rooms are set well back and there is no traffic noise. Our room had 2 Queen beds and was clean and comfortable. Coffee maker, fridge and microwave with breakfast in the lobby made up a good value package for the traveller at the very cheap price of US $78 including tax. WiFi was a bonus we hadn't expected.
